Florence, Pisa, Volterra, and San Gimignano are all within about 40 kilometers, while Siena is 80 km away. The coastline at Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia is reachable in about thirty minutes. From the house, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the entrance to the FI-PI-LI highway in Montopoli in Val d’Arno, in the province of Pisa, which provides quick access to various destinations throughout Tuscany
The house, is located on the outskirts of the village of Marti, on a hill surrounded by olive trees, with a swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use. From the quiet of the night, you can wake up in the morning to the sound of birds chirping.
The house has a separate entrance; you can drive into the garden through an electronic gate. It is spread over two levels: on the first floor is the living area with a two-person sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen; From this area, we can step outside through a large glass door into the outdoor space, where you can enjoy a meal in the shade of a spacious awning. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom and a smaller bedroom with a single bed; a bathroom complete with a shower, bidet, and all the essentials. The master bedroom opens onto a spacious terrace with chairs and a small table, perfect for admiring the view of the surrounding countryside. Air conditioning is available on both floors, which are connected inside by a spiral staircase, though both floors also have separate entrances from the outside.
This area includes a SWIMMING POOL available for guests’ exclusive use and a sunbathing area with deck chairs and loungers, where you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the olive trees. The outdoor area is available for guests’ exclusive use.
