Nestled in a very quiet neighbourhood of Montignac, in the heart of Périgord Noir, this pleasant single-storey house of 145 m² is ideal for a family stay, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 travellers (4 adults and 4 children). You will enjoy a heated swimming pool, a large garden and a beautiful terrace with a plancha, perfect for summer evenings. Its privileged location also allows you to easily reach the famous Lascaux caves, located just 3 km away.



*The salt water pool is open and heated from 04/01 to 09/26. The jacuzzi is available all year round from 04/01/2026



Inside, you will discover a large entrance hall with a wood-burning stove. On the left, the 35 m² living room opens onto the terrace and includes a dining area for 8 people as well as a lounge area with a sofa and television. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, mixed hobs, oven, microwave and dishwasher, allowing you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also find a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker.



The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and chest of drawers

Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed (160x200 cm), large wardrobe and chest of drawers

Bedroom 3: for children - two bunk beds (90x190 cm)



The bathroom has a large shower and a hairdryer, and the toilet is separate for more comfort.



A reversible air conditioning unit, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also at your disposal.



You will also be able to park easily in the courtyard of the accommodation.
