Located in Montignac, in the heart of the Périgord Noir and just 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves, this charming 50 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests.



There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. Bed linen is available for an extra fee; please request at least 3 days before arrival.



The ground-floor bathroom has a shower and toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. The living-dining area offers a sofa, TV, and a sofa bed for additional sleeping space.



Outside, enjoy a private covered terrace and an open terrace with garden table and chairs—perfect for taking in the splendid views from this elevated location. A charcoal barbecue is available for outdoor meals.



On-site shared parking is provided, though access may be narrow for larger vehicles. Please note: access to the house requires climbing a few steps or a slope due to its elevated position. A safety gate is installed at the stairs for children’s protection. Events are not permitted.
