Extremely Disappointing Experience
This was my fourth time staying at this resort, and unfortunately, it will be my last. When they first opened, everything was excellent. Now, the quality has declined terribly.
From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the experience was unacceptable.
The AC in the room was hot. If you want the temperature lowered, you must call maintenance and then wait 2–4 hours for it to adjust a bit… Completely inconvenient.
The pool was green at the bottom. The indoor jacuzzi was dirty and did not look properly maintained. The hallways’ carpets looked like they had been flooded and left yellow and stained.
The sheets smelled like sweat. The bathroom was dirty. The shower gown had blood in the pocket — which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary.
The coffee station milk was spoiled and hot clearly rotten. The breakfast was cold, unappetizing, and poorly presented.
To make matters worse, the staff member Jonathan had a very poor attitude and was not helpful at all.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service have seriously declined. It feels like management has become too comfortable and no longer cares about guest experience.
Very disappointing.
