~THE SPACE~
The main level is wide open — living room, dining, and a fully stocked kitchen flow together naturally, designed for the kind of easy gathering that lake weekends are made for. Warm Texas-inspired artwork and bold feature walls set the tone: this isn't a generic rental. It's a home someone genuinely loved putting together. Before you step out back, you'll pass the foosball table — consider yourself warned.

The fenced patio is your outdoor HQ: a gas firepit surrounded by four Adirondack chairs, strung with twinkle lights overhead, plus a patio dining table and a BBQ grill. Whether it's a slow morning coffee or a late-night fire with the group, this space earns its keep.

~BEDROOMS~
Upstairs, all three bedrooms are private and comfortable. The primary suite has a king bed, its own full bath with both a shower and soaking tub, and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen. The third has a queen-over-queen bunk bed — perfect for kids or for friends who don't mind a little fun (even has a video gaming station!) Every room has its own TV. Need to squeeze in a few more people? The downstairs pull-out queen sofa bed is ready with fresh linens and pillows.

~KITCHEN~
The kitchen is genuinely stocked — not just a drip machine and a prayer. You've got drip coffee, a Keurig, and a French press, plus all the cookware you need for real meals. A laundry room and a 2-car garage (plus 2 driveway spots) round out the practical side.

~COMMUNITY~
April Sound is a guard-gated community on the southern shores of Lake Conroe — known locally as "Houston's Playground." Along Hwy 105 you'll find waterfront dining at spots like Monty's Lighthouse, Papa's on the Lake, and Sam's Boat, plus everyday stops like HEB, Kroger, and Starbucks. Downtown Montgomery — the birthplace of the Lone Star Flag — is just 5 miles away. Margaritaville Lake Resort is a short drive, and The Woodlands is under 30 minutes south.

*Boat & Trailer Parking: If you're bringing a boat or trailer, please note that the HOA does not allow unregistered boats or trailers to be parked inside the neighborhood. You'll need to arrange parking outside the community during your stay.

*PETS: All pets must be added to the reservation. A $100 fee per pet will apply once they are added to the booking.
