I tried to call twice before my arrival because I was running late. No one answered. On the third attempt I chose the option to check reservations. The perso on the line said I didn't have a reservation, although I had a screenshot he didn't see it. I then made a new reservation but when I arrived I was told the they didn't have the room I had reseved under my name. He checked further and told me that he did see both reservation but the hotel only had one available. I called the reservation personal, and explained to her what occurred she was very confused, but in the end she called the desk to confirm my statement. The young man was able to give me a room and it the young lady on the phone to return my money for the second reservation. I went from one room, to 2 room, to no rooms, back to one room. Spending 2 hours not knowing what type of reservation to no reservation. I thought if you call or make reservations on line, this should be avoided. It ruined my family experience. But the yougman at the desk was great
