Beautiful Remodeled Luxury Waterfront Property- 3BR/2.5 bath-Sleeps 11!!!

Our condo is a luxurious vacation rental property located right on the water in the gated April Sound Community off Highway 105, centrally located near popular waterfront dining and nightlife as well a nearby boat launch. Recently remodeled this stunning unit can easily accommodate up to 11 guests and is within close distance of numerous fun activities and recreational facilities available for guest use within the community including a terrific country club, gym, swimming pool, fine dining, golf, and more. Tie your boat or rental on the pier just steps outside the patio or even get your rod and reel and go fishing right behind the condo on the pier! Take in the gorgeous lakefront views while you relax in the living room, kitchen and loft or have a glass of wine on the back porch as you are only steps away from beautiful Lake Conroe!

This spacious 1,648 sq ft condo consists of 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2.5 baths and is perfect for a group of friends and family of 11 comfortably. The main floor consists of the spacious Master bedroom with a King size bed, walk in closet, 50” TV, accent chair, separate hallway sink and large bathroom with shower. It also offers a spacious living room with sofa and love seat, 50” TV with DVD player and spectacular views of the lake! The newly renovated kitchen is stocked with all kitchen basics including dishware, cups, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, coffee pot/coffee/tea and much more. Enjoy a nice family dinner on the large farmhouse table with 4 chairs and a bench that can easily seat 8+, as well as a separate table in the breakfast nook containing 3 chairs or at the bar which also has 4 bar stools. Everyone will have plenty of room to sit! The beautiful kitchen connects to the large back porch which features a cushioned seating area and table, a gas grill and view of the water. A great place for you to relax and enjoy family time while taking in the beautiful views of the lake!!

The second floor leads you to Bedroom #2 with 2 Queen beds, chair, 50” TV and Jack and Jill bathroom connected to the Loft. The Loft, open to the living room with curtains that can close for added sound barrier, consists of a Twin on Twin Trundle bed, Twin bunk beds with trundle, 50” Flatscreen TV, Xbox Kinnect system with games and a media cabinet with cards/board games and DVD’s for you to enjoy during your stay. The utility room in the hallway has a full size washer and dryer available for your use.

The condo has internet access throughout and Cable TV. 2 covered parking spaces are available just steps from the front door with additional guest parking available throughout. The community has several pools available for your use.

Small family gathering

The online listing described this property 💯. It was newly remodeled, on the waterfront, luxurious amenities, comfortably accommodating all of us and clean clean clean!! We also felt very safe and secure staying in a gated community with a live guard at the entrance gate. We were also impressed by the quick response of Ms Barb who made us feel welcome to ask her anything. It was worth every penny and we had a memorable time. We highly recommend this place.And there is a local outdoor mall nearby and several places to rent water toys and boats.

Great place for family gathering

Barb was a great host…really proactive with communications. House was right on the water with great views. We also liked that the main floor with the master was at ground level and you could walk out to the lake. Plenty of seating for dining and games for a large group. We’ll definitely look for an opportunity to come back again.

Amazing Property and Host

Amazing Lakeside Stay

Barb was amazing! So responsive and helped with all the weather things that were going on. We had a girls weekend and everyone had a blast. Instructions on everything they wanted was very clear. The neighborhood was very nice and located right on Lake Conroe.

About Stay

The condo is beautiful. It is very clean and accurate to the pictures. Also the owner is very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay. I have nothing negative to say about the condo or owner. However, being in April Sound country club is not very convenient. There is a guard at the gate of country club and if a name was not on the list they will not let you in. Was inconvenient for having someone stop by for the day or to drop someone off etc. Also the neighbors across the street from condo were very nosey. They watch every thing and even yelled at us if we did something they did not like. Like having to put trash in a different trash can because it does not run all weekend and with a house of 11 people the small trash can available filled up in less than a day. They do say not to use another trash can but where else are we supposed to put the trash? Also we had parked in a spot to unload groceries and the neighbor yelled at us again stating we can not park there which we knew and we’re going to move. I loved the condo and owner but did not like it being in April Sound.

Family and Friend getaway

The condo is beautiful and welcoming. Being right on the water was great, we were able to get the paddle boards we rented in and out of the lake easier which was so much nicer for when the kids needed a break. Barb was extremely hospitable and accommodating and was very easy to reach if needed. We all really enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to next time.

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay here! This was the perfect girls weekend. The neighborhood was wonderful & secure. This vrbo right on the water was the perfect weekend getaway. Barb was so easy and responsive when I needed an answer to any of my questions. We had 10 people stay & everyone had plenty of room & we did not feel crammed at all. We loved using the grill to make the best steaks & enjoyed all the games that were at the house. Location was perfect! This was one of the best vrbo experiences!

A Lakeview Condo

We rented 2 condos in April Sound for our daughter’s wedding for family to be able to stay close to the venue. I personally did not stay in this one but this is what one family member had to say. “We had a wonderful time there! It was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the thermostat. It was too cold when we arrived and too warm at night. But the owners addressed the issue and the second night/day was great.” Barb, the owner, is very easy to work with and communicates well & quickly. She was extremely kind and helpful in making for a great weekend stay. Thanks again!

Great Home for Family Gatherings

We brought our family together for Thanksgiving week in this wonderful home. The kitchen was well appointed and the large dining table was perfect for all our meals together. Everyone enjoyed the setting. Grilling in the back deck, fishing off the dock, and gathering around the fire pit. The kids enjoyed their room upstairs with the bunk beds and the Xbox. We would all love to stay here again.
