«The property as a whole is excellent....the valley view rooms are amazing. The rooms and bathrooms are great, bathrooms clean and have been renovated well. The checkin experience was sub-par - the specific manager who did our checkin was rude and un-empathetic. The restaurant is good - while they have quite a bit of options, not everything is available. The local food options are good but some of the other options such as indo-chinese cuisiine is not that that great. The house keeping staff and ...

«The web site photos are misleading. There is no worthwhile view from hotel. Lift did not work. Supposed to include free breakfast but restaurant was closed as they had no other guests. Not open for lunch either. Premium room was supposed to have 2 rooms. Second room was sofa bed in entryway. We could not cancel as we had checked in. We gave the room to our driver and found a luxury resort nearby for the same price. Do not be misled by their photos. Reviews are probably fake. Stay away from this ...
