Excellent option for transportation to and from the airport, as well as transportation during your stay. Subject to availability, and the cost depends on the distance.
GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 PM. A fine will be issued after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors notified to the host via the platform will be allowed access. For security and building access protocols, an official ID of each guest and visitor must be presented, which matches the information provided in the Airbnb chat upon arrival at the building.
4. Parties are prohibited, and walking outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages is not allowed.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas or beds is prohibited. Additional cleaning or replacement charges will apply if stained.
6. Charges will be applied for towels and/or sheets if stained, such as by makeup or other substances.
7. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
8. If any damage to furniture or inventory is noticed, the host must be notified as soon as possible.
9. Only the indicated parking space may be used.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are prohibited. If it`s a service animal, approval from the host is required.
12. The amenity rules must be respected.
13. Keys/cards must be left in the place indicated by the host.

BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

1. Be respectful to security guards and neighbors.
2. Common areas of the building must be respected; the guest will be financially responsible for any damage.

FINES

Violating any point in both sets of rules may result in fines starting from $1,500.

Stained sofa, rug, or mattress: $2,500 MXN, as quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.

Stained linens: Item value + $250 for replacement.

Damage and/or loss of furniture or inventory: Item value (If not reported to the host, an additional fee of $500 will apply).

Damage to property: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500 MXN for repair time.

Lost keys and/or cards will incur a replacement charge of $500 MXN.
