The price was low so I was sceptical. But it actually was a nice place to stay. The apartment even had a separate bedroom, which was really nice and it had a small balcony.

God størrelse på rommet. Sengen er komfortabel og sengetøyet er mykt (stort pluss for en med atopisk eksem). Forbinder alltid motell med shabby standard, men jeg er positivt overrasket over den gode standarden! Kan også skrive under på at parkeringen er trygg. Vi klarte nemlig å glemme og lukke vinduet til passasjersetet med blant annet lommebok liggende i bilen. Ting lå urørt til dagen etter og ingenting var stjålet :) Vannet fra springen lukter dog merkelig og rommet er lytt (hører godt folk som går forbi rommet, spesielt dersom en triller kofferter).

Helt alminnelig.
Helt ok. Rommet var rett over bassenget så det luntet klor inne på rommet. Men sengen var helt grei og størrelsen på rommet ok. Dusjen hadde litt dårlig trykk. Bassenget var stort, men iskaldt. Boblebadet var varmt og behagelig. Forsøkte å kjøpe noe fra brusautomaten utenfor, men prisene stemte ikke og flere av valgene fungerte ikke uten at man fikk pengene tilbake. Fint med gratis parkering.

Das Stargazer Inn ist optimal für einen Besuch in Monterey. Fisherman’s Wharf und einige gute Restaurants lassens sich super mit einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen. Wir haben uns außerordentlich sicher gefühlt in der Umgebung. Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon etwas in der Jahre gekommen, aber völlig in Ordnung. Nach einem langen Tag unterwegs, haben wir es sehr genossen, im Pool und Whirlpool zu entspannen.

Bed was not a queen as listed, carpet dirty, no decaf coffee pods for machine. Rooms need a ceiling fan or some type of fan for second story rooms. More towels in the room. Shower curtain needs a liner, causes water to flow out on bathroom floor. Big mess, you need to use the Limited towels to clean it up. Big soap bubbles in hot tube, could be the cleaner used. Smelled musty in the pool, hot tube area.

I enjoyed the 3 queen suit. It worked perfect for my party. We asked for extra towels and the young lady brought them promptly with a smile even though she seemed to be the only employee at the time. The indoor pool was a plus, even though I personally would have liked it a tad warmer. My chief complaint is that there was not enough parking on the premises. Overall great place.

I checked in and the room was dirty, the sheets were stained by blood (I have pictures )furniture were like 100 years ago, behind the room there was a construction going on with a lot of noise. The moment I checked in I started looking for another place because I knew I couldn’t stand that level of uncomfortable and disgusting atmosphere. Even though I checked out but my money was not refunded.

Literally one of the worst night’s sleep we’ve ever had… Between the extremely thin walls, slamming of doors both above us & next to us, our room was shaking, it was incredibly loud (absolutely no carpeting above us, people slamming down at night, & at 6 am), it was beyond horrible. So disappointed as my teen daughter & I were looking forward to it after day at lovely aquarium! & lovely dinner on the wharf.

Comfy bed, with all the needed bathroom amenities! Indoor pool was heated perfectly and the hot tub was greatly appreciated after a long drive! Our room was very quiet and staff was very nice.

Relatively good value for the area. Dated but clean. I personally really dislike a room where there is no privacy at the sink. No door and you’re in full view of others in the room. So I wouldn’t return for that reason. There’s no closet, just a panel of hooks for about 5 garments on the wall. That was plenty for us, we were only on an overnight trip. We were on the first floor and it was very noisy overhead. No kidding, it was the noisiest hotel room I have ever tried to sleep in. But I had earbuds, so it was not a big deal. The beds were super comfy. Shower was fine and the shower gel was decent.

The rooms are outdated and not pristine but they offer great room /beds , options for families and groups. The indoor pool is great for kids, heated and a hot tub available. It’s a great budget friendly option for families or students. It’s a very short drive to bustling areas and tourist areas within Monterey. It’s definitely walkable too, a mile or so from restaurants and shops. My second stay here and Il be back again.

Great location and price. Very comfortable. We were looking forward to swimming but never used the pool because it was constantly being overrun by a bunch of little kids. That was the only downside.
