The hotel is listed as 4-star - maybe that's appropriate as it has a concierge desk and valet parking - but the rooms themselves felt very 3-star. The furniture and bathroom equipment was worn and needs updating. The beds, however, were good. We found one cockroach coming out from the minifridge area - we didn't see more but it still wasn't a good sign. The entrance hall is nice enough but it was very loud in there since the room's acoustics amplify voices. I will say as a positive that the hotel is in a superb location that is extremely convenient to the Waterfront and restaurant area. It's even ok to walk to the aquarium from here. The car parking is a garage ($22 / night) but it does require you to walk outside between the hotel and the garage, so have an umbrella if it's raining.
