I would like to take this opportunity to clear up a few incorrect claims you made in your review regarding our rates. *Room was booked via Expedia for 4 nights.*Reservation was a pre-paid reservation. You were charged the amount that you paid to Expedia.*You requested an upgraded room. You booked a king bed and requested an upgrade to 2 queen beds at check-in.*You were then charged the difference between a king room and 2 queen rooms which was a 50 + tax per night - which you were made aware of (and agreed to) at check in.The only price increase you received was because you requested to upgrade your room. Had you stayed in your pre-paid, reservation requested room, no other charges would have been put on your credit card.I hope this was able to clear up any billing issues and claims of us gouging you at check in.
