Located in the Arezzo area of Tuscany, Villa Clorinda is a beautifully restored 17th lookout tower with a private pool and panoramic views over the Valtiberina and the Tuscan hills. The villa is 2.5 km from Monterchi, where you can find shops, banks and restaurants. The beautiful cities of Arezzo and Cortona are with driving distance and you are ideally placed for easy day trips to the art cities of Siena and Florence.

This villa is composed of a 250 square metre villa which develops over 2 levels and a characteristic tower.

MAIN VILLA

On the ground floor you will find a lounge/dining area (with sofa and armchairs and dining table and chairs for 10 people), a reading room and a well-equipped kitchen.

On the first floor you find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and basin), one twin bedroom (with single beds pushed together to form a double) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and basin), one twin bedroom (with single beds that can be converted to a double) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and basin) and one twin bedroom (with single beds that can be converted to a double) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet, bidet and basin).

Outside, you will find a large well-kept garden (with olive and plum trees, roses, lavender and rosemary). On the lower level, next to the villa, you will find an outdoor dining area (with dining table seating 10 people). On the upper level, you will find a private pool (12 m x 6 m; depth 1.5 m; Open from 05 April - 25 October) with sun deck (with sun loungers and umbrellas) and an outdoor Jacuzzi. There is also a small football pitch (for 5) and a table tennis table for sports lovers.
