Welcome to the "Auprès des oiseaux" gîte! Our whole family – my parents Nicole and Robert, myself Christel, our dog, our cats, and our chickens – will be delighted to welcome you to Montels, to our small country gîte located between the fortified towns of Albi and the Gaillac vineyards. Attached to our house but completely independent, this cozy haven invites you to enjoy a peaceful setting, ideal for recharging your batteries. Outdoor spaces: You can freely enjoy the garden. At the front of the gîte, a large terrace allows you to eat your meals in complete tranquility. At the rear, a small, intimate and relaxing corner awaits you for resting or reading in peace. PGJyPg PGJyPg Interior of the cottage PGJyPg PGJyPg The living room, designed like a small candy box, offers a convivial atmosphere with its soft colors and vintage items. Our two reclining armchairs will allow you to relax after your days of exploration. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals independently. The bedroom: In a natural style, the bedroom offers a serene and cozy setting thanks to its rustic wooden headboards reminiscent of a cabin. You will enjoy a king-size bed (180 cm) with new and carefully selected bedding. Depending on your needs, the bed can be configured as two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom has a large shower. Comfortable. If you have any special requests or specific needs, we will do our best to accommodate them and make your stay as pleasant as possible. An ideal location for exploring the region. The cottage is located on the tourist route of the most beautiful villages of character in the Tarn and the Aveyron Gorges: Cordes-sur-Ciel (14 km), Castelnau-de-Montmiral (5 km), Puycelsi (19 km), Bruniquel (27 km) PGJyPg Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val (30 km) and its famous Sunday market PGJyPg PGJyPg You can also visit Albi (27 km), an UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its majestic cathedral, the Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, and the banks of the Tarn River. PGJyPg Toulouse, the famous "Pink City," is only 50 minutes away.
