«Oppholdet på hotellet var meget bra! Fint hotell, med flotte fasiliteter. Vi hadde suite, med en ubeskrivelig utsikt, både morgen og kveld. Tilstanden på suita og Internett signal er vell det som trekker ned. Røret under vasken falt av, dørhåndtaket var veldig løst, (noe jeg måtte ordne selv), bak TV var det en boks med masse ledninger stikkende ut. Resten var utrolig bra! Villavicencio er en fin liten by som anbefales å besøke!»

«El hotel está ubicado cerca al estadio y a Unicentro, las zonas aledañas no son tan buenas, el hotel es muy cómodo, muy buen mantenimiento, el desayuno acordé al precio, muy buena atención y hay dispensadores de café y agua permanente para los huéspedes, el parqueadero es muy amplio y buen servicio.»
