«The phone, lamp, ac, and some of the Jets didn’t work😤. they never have extra towels and you can see in the room from outside because they don’t have the second curtain up. 😫They are mediocre polite 😎meaning as long as you don’t need anything they’re nice. «The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful. However, the only issue that I had was you couldn't walk on the actual carpet in the room. After taking a shower or anything of that nature. The carpets need steamcleaned bad. Your feet would stick to the floor/ get dirty all over again. My room had, multiple things patched like the wall and shower tiles. But for the cost of the room, I wasn't that upset with the patches. The main concern was how dirty the carpet was.»

«Check in is supposed to be at 3. We were not allowed to check in until 6:30 because they overbooked. We asked for a late check-out and we were denied. Once we got into our room we dropped our bags off and were going to head downstairs. We came back to find that housekeeping had returned to finish cleaning our room. The front desk said check-out was at noon. The next morning at 11:00 am house keeping was knocking on our door to leave.»
