Welcome to our newly remodeled suite, located at Bear Hollow Retreat in scenic Monteagle, TN! With serene surroundings, you can unplug and unwind in nature. Directly next to the Bear Hollow grounds sits the entrance to South Cumberland State Park and the Meadow Lake Trail district!

Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway, a base for outdoor adventures, or a spot to crash after a show at the caverns, this charming space provides the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience!

The suite is just steps away from the South Cumberland State Park Visitor's Center where you'll find some great hiking resources and insights. Some hikes to explore:
• Meadow Trail Hike - a short walk great for kids, just next door to the park.
• Grundy Lakes - 5 miles away, 10 min by car.
• Fiery Gizzard (lots of trails here) - 5 miles away, 12 min by car.

Our studio suite incorporates modern aesthetics blended seamlessly with rustic charm. The open-concept layout creates a spacious feel, while large windows flood the space with natural light. Relax in the firm memory foam king-sized bed after a day of exploration and unwind in the cozy living area with a streaming capable TV for entertainment and a queen sofa bed if needed!

For the convenience of our guests, we have added a brand new kitchenette to the space that is stocked with kitchen essentials such as a mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, drip coffee maker, and magic bullet. This suite also has a full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire unit & beautiful property grounds. There is a shared walkway outside of the suites where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine.

Please refrain from moving these seats from their designated spots.

For parking, there is an open lot outside the suites. You are welcome to park in any spot in that lot!

Interaction with Guests:
Our team is on-call and available 24/7 for any need that may arise during your stay. If you need immediate assistance, be sure to call.

Other Details to Note:
🐻 Check in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that an early check in or late check out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.
🐻 The suite is located on a space with other homes, cabins, an event center, and nature. We ask that you please be mindful of your neighbors, critters and humans alike!
🐻 We do allow dogs on a case by case basis. There is a pet fee that will need to be collected. Please reach out to inquire about the pet fee.
🐻 Regarding the unit: 4 guests maximum. Towels & linen are provided (including bedding for the sofa bed). 4 rolls of toilet paper and 2 paper towel rolls are provided. Travel sized toiletries, a hairdryer, and handheld steamer are provided. The well-equipped kitchenette features a hot plate, mini refrigerator, and microwave. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware is also provided. Coffee grounds, creamer/sugar packets and filters provided. We also provide salt, pepper and cooking spray.
🐻 There is no dishwasher. We ask our guests to kindly wash their dishes.
🐻 There is no icemaker however, ice trays are provided.
