We visited Montauk and Ken's Tipperary Inn in the late off season and had a very nice stay. It was only a one night getaway but our experience was good. The room was very clean and the staff helpful when my daughter left behind her iPad and purse. They quickly contacted me to let us know and shipped the items to our home.

Great place! Clean, modern rooms and nice staff. Good rates for the area. A good base of operation between the village of Montauk and the lighthouse. Will be back if I’m in the area again. Would love to experience the restaurant and pool (this time it was in the off season).

The inn was wonderful as was the Haven, the 2nd inn I was booked at. Dealing with Expedia was absolutely horrible, an expensive and time consuming experience I can never make again. Illicit charges now in dispute. Thanks

Big Apartment
The one bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable. The one thing it was missing was a view. The grounds were pretty but you cannot see out the windows. We did not spend time indoors at all so it didn’t really matter.

It was the end of the season and I think everybody was exhaling after a busy summer. Very friendly and a nice area near the docks.

Abbiamo passato una notte allucinante con gente (pescatori?) che veniva in continuazione a prendere ghiaccio dal distributore posizionato a pochi metri dalla nostra camera e con la televisione posizionata nel retro della reception accesa tutta la notte. Scarsa pulizia in camera. In loco c’è sicuramente di meglio e a prezzi anche più bassi.

Nice affordable Dog friendly place to stay. We book a regular room because we mostly will be outside. In September, the weather isn't too hot and because it's out of season, everything seemed to be good enough, I can enjoy the garden and pool as much as I want. Our regular room is okay, not many amenities. You must check what they will offer you in the room before you book it. I check and prepare everything I need to use that they don't have. The room is small so one AC is good and sometimes we have to turn it off because it is too cold. The motel has great garden spaces, the garden around the pool and the back garden that decorate with Budda statue, beautiful painting and calm music. It was raining during the stay, so they put carpet all over the walkway, so it is wet. Some water drops from the second-floor balcony. And the worst part is next door put his pants outside and smell is TERRIBLE! My dog is freak out during the night because the second floor keep running around and it is very loud. The reception and housekeeper are nice. Somehow my phone has no connection, so I mostly use the place Wi-Fi instead. Overall, I couldn't complain too much because the price we get is good for the pet friendly place to stay in Montauk. If you do the research and compare your options of the place you want to stay, I believe you won't get so much of disappointment.

The stay was perfect for me. Near golf and fishing boats. The shower was great easy to adjust water temperature and plenty of pressure. Would of loved to go in pool looked really nice.

We have stayed at Kenny's before. It is a bargain stay in Montauk we acknowledge this. However, this time we were not satisfied with our stay. The wifi did not work in our room we had absolutely no service on any devices during our stay despite using the passwords. It pretty much only worked around the check in office. The TV did not work and would cut in and out. The very wonderful staff worked really hard to try to rectify this but it was not helped. We did have a rainy day during our stay and these issues provided a challenge as we were travelling with two children.

Overall it was ok. There were areas to improve. We booked a two bedroom apartment and only the livingroom had AC. The rooms got very hot at night with the door closed. No black out shades in one of the rooms. And not on the livingroom either. We had 6 people so needed one person to sleep on their sofa bed. There was a coffee pot in the kitchen but no coffee. And there was no hair dryer. Besides all that it was a comfortable stay. Close to many restaurants. The onsite pool was nice and the garden was cute
