Cozy new apartment with a wooded garden near downtown Montauban

We invite you to welcome you to this modern, comfortable and bright apartment, completely independent but adjoining our wooden house that we built 5 years ago.

The apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.

You will enjoy an independent entrance, a large bedroom with bed 140 and dressing room, a bathroom with shower, and a pleasant living room-kitchen with sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 people.
Outside from spring to autumn, in the garden, you can enjoy and appreciate the peace and quiet of the countryside. We have installed: garden furniture, table & chairs as well as a plancha.

Charges remaining due when you leave;
- Rental of a pair of sheets: 10€- Towels: 3€

- In case of high electricity consumption, a contribution will be requested at 0.20€ per Kwh.

The house is located in a quiet environment just 5 km from the center of Montauban.
You will be close to all the amenities of Montauban: city of Art and History with its historic center in pink bricks, its Place Nationale, its museums: Ingres & Bourdelle, natural history, toys, not to mention its local farmers' markets, etc., will be a great discovery. From there, you can easily explore Toulouse, Aveyron or the pretty villages of Tarn-et-Garonne.
