The villa is nestled in the lush hamlet of Virbo, just a 15-minute drive from Castellana Grotte and the center of Monopoli. The large garden features a hot tub—ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures—a wood-fired oven, playground equipment for children, and outdoor furniture to enjoy unforgettable moments of relaxation. Parking spaces included!



The 80-square-meter villa has a private entrance and a spacious garden with two covered parking spaces.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Open-concept kitchen with dining table, TV, split A/C, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, microwave, and conventional oven;

- Bedroom I with a double bed, closet, and ceiling fan

- Bedroom II with two single beds and a closet

- Bedroom III with a single bed and a closet

- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Utility bathroom with toilet and washing machine



The spacious garden features:

- Covered patio equipped with a swing, wood-fired oven, barbecue, and dining area with table and chairs

- Hot tub (seats 4 people) and beach umbrella

- Relaxation area covered by a pergola, with a hammock and small sofas

- Play area with a tennis/volleyball net, a soccer goal, and a basketball hoop.

- The fireplace in the kitchen is NOT usable

- Tap water is NOT potable: there is a fountain 60 meters from the villa where you can get fresh drinking water

- AIR CONDITIONING is available ONLY in the kitchen

- Please note there is a step in the garden leading to the hot tub area



Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Monopoli for the first 14 nights, amounting to €1.00 per person per night.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Esummer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Monopoli Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.

The accommodations are located in Contrada Virbo, one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Monopoli, just a 15-minute drive from the sea, about 45 km from Bari-Palese Airport, and 50 km from Brindisi Airport. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach Alberobello with its characteristic trulli, Conversano with its majestic castle, the Castellana Caves, the picturesque Polignano a Mare, the seaside resort of Capitolo, and, of course, the beautiful historic center and the charming coves and beaches of Monopoli, whose waters have frequently been awarded the Blue Flag.

The villa is nestled in greenery and surrounded by olive trees. Essential amenities such as a bar, grocery store, and pharmacy are just a few minutes’ drive away.
