Located 25 km south of Nantes, 10 km from Clisson, and 500 m from the Sèvre River, this 18th-century mill enjoys a peaceful setting with breathtaking views of the vineyards.

The enclosed garden (secure electric gate) of 350 m² features a north-facing terrace. A spa is available (from October to April, open upon request and at an additional cost of €10/day).

Ground floor: separate kitchen, spacious living/dining room (two steps up) with a pellet stove and access to the terrace, laundry room, shower room, and separate WC.

First floor: one bedroom with a single bed (90x190 cm).

Second floor: one bedroom (separated by curtains) with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined together.

Third floor: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm).

Included amenities: Wi-Fi, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, baby equipment (cot + mattress, booster seat, baby bath and changing mat), gas barbecue.

Not included: electric heating (meter reading) and pellet stove (€6/bag), bed linen, towels, and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€80 for vacationers, €130 for professionals).
