Beautiful Private Lakefront Oasis

New Listing -Beautiful 4-bedroom 2-bathroom lakefront home. Swinging Bridge is a 9 mile motorboat lake a real natural oasis away from city life but still with everything close by. You can jump, swim, fish or boat right from our private dock. Kayaks and standup paddle boards with life jackets provided. Outdoors there is a beautiful fireplace, hot tub, and outdoor shower with hot water! Indoors is a wood burning fire place beautiful open kitchen and fun game room. Very spacious inside and out! Everything is brand new! Listing will be ready in May more pictures as they are ready!

Perfect Quick Getaway

Stayed for a concert and 40th birthday celebration. Each couple had a wonderful time. House was beautiful and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The hot tub was relaxing on chilly nights and the scenery was incredible during the day, we even got to see a bald eagle. Hope to come back one day!

Catskills Delight

We had the best time for a getaway with the family for my daughter’s 10th birthday. The home was stunning, spotless and endless amount of activities at the house and locally. The kids loved the game room and my husband and I the hot tub with a beautiful view. Thank you for a wonderful vacation at your home!

Relaxing Weekend by the Lake

Lake House Perfection!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Lake House! The serene surroundings, stylish decor, and modern amenities created a perfect ladies' retreat weekend. The home exceeded our expectations in cleanliness and comfort. The lake views from the deck and hot tub were breathtaking, and the cozy interior made us feel right at home. A seamless booking process with the host and an extremely responsive house manager (Craig) added to the overall delightful experience. Every detail in the house showcased careful consideration, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy beds and bedding . The host's attention to providing amenities for every need, be it entertainment or relaxation, enhanced our stay. Highly recommend this haven for a memorable getaway! We’ll be back.

Never Disappoints

I am in returning visitor and each day gets better and better. So comfy, cozy, and pleasant to stay here. My friend and I celebrated for the Thanksgiving holiday and never wanted to leave Will be booking for early next year again

Complete Perfection!

This home was Absolutely Perfect! We're a family that loves lake vacations has rented VRBO homes at lakes around the northeast for many years, this was by far the best of the best! The lake is beautiful. We loved the new kayaks and paddle board and went swimming every day - it's a sand bottom lake so no muddy bottom! We rented boats (there's a nearby marina) and went tubing, the lake is huge! Much of the shoreline is untouched and incredibly beautiful. I don't think we could've enjoyed the lake and the area more than we did. There is a bbq on one of the decks and also a beautiful stone fireplace closer to the lake for after dinner s'mores that was after the kids were done in the hot tub. The owner has other homes next to ours where our married children stayed and they loved it (wrote a separate review - but if you need multiple homes this is perfect). The house, was absolutely spotless and perfectly appointed. The property manager Craig is super friendly and couldn't have been more responsive. He called the day we were coming to make sure everything was ready upon our arrival and came over when we arrived to make sure we were all set. The house is beautifully furnished and the beds were great. The kitchen had everything, and it seemed like the granite counters & appliances were all new. There's a game room and big screen TVs but the best part was having our family together at the perfect house on the perfect lake - We cannot wait to come back!

Complete amazement-A MUST BOOK!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO gem, and let me tell you, it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a level of cleanliness that even my inner Monica Geller would approve of – spotless from top to bottom, and I didn't even have to bring my own UV flashlight! But what really made this experience shine brighter than anything was the impeccable communication with the best property manager this side of the Matrix, Craig. Craig was so responsive that I'm convinced he's secretly equipped with 5G antennas instead of vocal cords. Every question, request, and even my bizarre late-night craving for extra pillows were met with lightning-fast responses. Craig, you're the real MVP! Now, let's talk about the beauty of the home. It was like something straight out of a fantasy, but with all the comforts of home. The design was so sleek that even my Roomba was jealous, and the view was so stunning that I'm pretty sure it's the reason VR goggles were invented. I almost felt guilty not inviting the neighborhood squirrels to enjoy it with me. As for the best time, well, let's just say that I lost track of reality and time itself. I'm convinced that I aged backward during my stay – like a digital Benjamin Button. I wouldn't be surprised if Craig's next project is creating a time machine. In conclusion, if you're looking for a VRBO this is it!

Incredible in every way!!!

All I can say is WOW!! This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Picturesque lakefront, seriously it belongs on a post card. It is located on a dead end block, so it was a very quiet area. The house was much nicer than the pics online, beautiful bathrooms, kitchen comfortable beds. Everything was thought out, from the hot tub to the game room, tons of towels, kitchen stocked with appliances and cutlery etc. the hosts were very responsive and friendly. we absolutely LOVED the lake. Swimming, kayaking, fishing all from private dock. We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back!!!

Reconnect

I can’t stop working. My wife convinced me we should go upstate with our family, to take a break and disconnect from the world and reconnect with family and nature. After some thought, I agreed to go. Best decision of the year. From the start, the manager reached out to make sure everything was ready. When we arrived we instantly fell in love. The home, the view, the accommodations (hot tub, jet ski, game room etc) We all had a zen-full weekend. So beautiful. You can feel it when you walk in. It just feels like home. On Saturday it rained for an hour and we sat outside, our kids were dancing in rain while we were under the awning. We played games with our kids, had them connect with Mother Nature and rekindle quality time. You can’t go wrong here. This place was made with love. Just listen to your wife and take a break. It’s worth it, especially here.

Our stay at the house was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its beauty and cleanliness. The house is thoughtfully arranged and flawlessly clean. The amenities provided were great, from the tranquil lake with kayaks for serene exploration to the unforgettable evenings spent by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows under the sky. Not to mention the pure bliss of soaking in the hot tub, surrounded by nature. The game room added an extra touch of fun and excitement, making this trip an incredibly enjoyable and unforgettable experience. A huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the caretaker, Craig. Always wearing a warm smile, he went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel incredibly welcome and valued. It's worth mentioning that the pictures of this stunning property don't do it justice. The reality was even more breathtaking, and we found ourselves constantly amazed by the sheer attention to detail in every aspect of the house. If you're looking for an extraordinary getaway that offers relaxation, adventure, and unmatched hospitality, this house is an absolute gem that will leave you with cherished memories to last a lifetime. We're already counting down the days until our next visit!

Family Weekend

Our family of four + two sets of grandparents had a wonderful long weekend. The home was very clean and well equipped. We especially loved the views, the outdoor fireplace, exploring the lake on kayaks, game room, and proximity to Bethel Arts Center. The host was very receptive to our questions and needs. Recommend!

Luxury and tranquility, we had an incredible time!

Wow. I came here for a weekend with my family and we had an amazing time. To start, the manager Craig, was super helpful making sure I knew how to get to the home and ensuring that I arrived ok. The place is super clean and there is so much to do on the property. We went fishing, kayaking, relaxed in the hot tub, went swimming in the lake, played board games on the deck, made a bonfire, and the kids couldnt get enough of the arcade games and the playstation downstairs. There is beautiful furniture throughout and the beds are incredibly comfortable- you can see that they put a lot of thought into this home. Even the wifi was super quick and reached as far as the lake. The home was well stocked with utensils and bbq equipment. 10 out of 10- We will be coming back!

Weekend getaway

We booked for a *last minute* long weekend / birthday getaway and had a fantastic time. Katie provided a lengthy document with *everything* you need to know about the property and things to do and places to go in the surrounding area. The house was clean, both Katie and the property manager were communicative and responsive. There are great hikes and restaurants in the area but you never really NEED to leave the property (and we rarely did). We spent most of the time by the lake, fishing, rafting, swimming, by the hot tub and fire pit, or grilling and chilling on the deck. Life-vests, gear for fishing and kayaking/rafting, we’re all provided. As a bonus, the kids loved the video games downstairs. All in all, a beautiful lakefront house in a beautiful area. We’ll definitely be back!

The Perfect Vacation Getaway!

We had such an amazing time! From the moment we parked it was so peaceful. The property was immaculately designed, cleaned and cozy! The lake view was to die for and all of the amenities ( game room, hot tub, grilling area) were easily accessible and enjoyable for the entire crew! There is literally something for everyone to do here. I did not want to leave. I will be back for sure!

Exceeded expectations

My wife and I were planning on staying just one night, however we quickly rebooked to two nights when we saw the clean, cozy accommodations. House comes with kayaks and fully stocked kitchen with decorative touches in each room. Owners were responsive to everything we needed. Will definitely be back!
