This unique property is on the point of a quiet, wide cove just off the main channel that is ideal for relaxing & lounging in our many shaded & sunny spaces... fishing, dock jumping, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding are just a few things here you can look forward to! There are several marinas nearby that rent boats, or you are welcome to bring your own as the dock has a convenient area off the lower swim platform where you can easily tie off.

If lake-side meals are your thing, one of the propane grills is located just steps from the boat dock- a perfect way to cook up some steaks or your catch of the day! Dining table and additional seating are on the boat dock for dining al fresco to watch the sun rise or set...just switch out your coffee mug for a wine glass! The boat dock bar has a small fridge & freezer perfect for keeping beverages and mixers cold! The boat dock also has a smart tv and surround sound speakers for you to watch the big game or play your favorite tunes using blue-tooth enabled speakers with your phone or the tuner we have provided.

The lake-side fire pit area with 6 Adirondack chairs is a perfect place to reconnect and unwind with friends and family after the sun goes down after a full day out on the water. Lake-side benches and a shaded hammock are also perfect spots to nap, read your favorite book or simply relax.

An 8 person hot tub is under the exterior deck facing the lake for an indulgent way to relax any time of day and any season at the lake!

The Space:
This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home was recently updated in the spring of 2023 and has incredible lake views from many of the home's main areas- including a breathtaking 2-story wall of windows in the great room that provides abundant natural light and lake views you have to see to believe!

The primary bedroom on the main level features a king size bed, desk with chair, walk-in closet and private, over-sized bathroom with shower, and large bubble tub, over-looking the beautiful lake. On this floor, you'll also find an adult lounge/game room, spacious great room with smart TV and comfortable sofa seating for 8-10, fully stocked kitchen, full-sized laundry room, and kitchen-dining area with table seating for 8 and 4 additional barstool seats. Glass patio doors off the kitchen open to beautiful lake views and a 2-story deck with additional grill, outdoor cafe-style table & seating, 2 umbrellas and additional comfortable seating for 6.

The second floor has two ample-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower and tub. One bedroom has a beautiful new queen size canopy bed with pillow top mattress, dresser and smart TV. The second bedroom has incredible views of the lake, new king size bed and pillow top mattress, dresser and smart TV. All beds in the home have crisp white, fluffy duvets with additional quilts providing our guests with the dreamiest night's sleep after a full day of playing on the lake!

The large walk-out basement has a full bathroom with shower and tub. The fourth bedroom has 4 twin size bunk beds. The 5th bedroom/office space on this floor has a brand new Queen bed with a comfy seating area and desk space with chair.
You'll also find a comfortable leather sofa seating area on this level with a smart TV, brand new ping pong table and foosball table perfect for those occasional rainy days at the lake.

The kitchen is well stocked with both baking and cooking accessories and almost any cooking gadget you may need! We have both a Keurig and standard drip-coffee pot available for your use. The bar set up in the kitchen is also well stocked with an assortment of bar ware, koozies, and both glassware for indoor and plasticware for outdoor use on the deck & dock. Basic spices, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, Ziploc bags, etc. are typically available for guest use, we just ask that you replace them if you use all of what's there. Additionally, the house comes equipped with baby items including a pack-n- play, high-chair and one baby gate (for use on the deck if needed).

Important note:
While the walk on our gentle, wide steps to the lake is not steep, the paved driveway to the house is fairly steep near the bottom. Parking is available on the driveway and we recommend also utilizing the gravel parking spots on both sides and paved parking spot to the left of the driveway.

Guest Access:
You will have sole access to the entire property and will be able to access the home at your convenience utilizing a smart lock for the duration of your stay.

Early Check-Ins and Late-Check Outs:
If scheduling allows, we will do our best to accommodate any requests for an additional fee. Please communicate all requests as soon as possible with property managers.

Other Items to Note:
- Kayaks (2), paddle boards (2), canoe and multiple-sized life jackets are provided for guest use.
- This is a 3-story property with multiple staircases.

Linens and Towels:
A set of two bath towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth are provided per person (12 sets total). The beds are dressed with freshly laundered soft duvet covers and crisp bed sheets. Additionally, hand towels for the powder room and kitchen towels are provided. Linens and towels are not changed during your stay.
If linens or towels are determined by our cleaners to be missing or badly damaged after your stay, a fee may be charged to replace.

Provided Starter Supplies:
For your convenience, you will find basic "starter" supplies of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, lotion, paper towels, dish sponge, tissues, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Keurig pods, coffee filters and firewood for the outdoor firepit. You must purchase any additionally needed supplies.

Property Security:
For the safety and protection of our guests and adherence to property rules- two Ring cameras are located on the exterior of the property - one at the front door facing the driveway and one on the dock facing the water.

ALL GUESTS must abide by HPPOA rules and regulations which are published at the home including, but not limited to, quiet hours between 10PM-7AM, no street parking allowed and zero wake within 50 feet of the shore/docks.

Typical response time from property manager for any correspondence is 30-60 minutes.
