I booked this hotel cuz I finally finished a landscape job in the area, after 2 weeks of working on it. My muscles were tired, and extremely sore, so nothing sounded better than a room with a jacuzzi tub in it, and a nice, long soak to rest and relax my fatigued body. So that's what I reserved. I went to the store to pick up some bath oils and Epsom salts for my soak, then checked in and got into my room, anxious to fill up the jacuzzi tub. I turned on the water and got out of my dirty work clothes, then checked the tub about 5 minutes later only to find that it wasn't filling. I played around with the drain stopper a bit and saw that it wasn't making a proper seal. So I took a bag and a cup and rigged up a plug of sorts so that it began filling. 40 minutes later, the water level had finally reached the top of the jets, so I added my newly purchased salts and oils and turned on the jets. They did nothing. Don't get me wrong- it was extremely loud and sounded like it should have been quite a jacuzzi, but nothing was happening in the water. I fiddled with it, turning it off and then back on a couple times with no change. By this time it was midnight, I was even more tired, or I'd have gone to the front desk to get another room. I got in and soaked. Disappointed, especially considering I paid extra for the jacuzzi. Next morning I informed the front desk person, who did nothing. She said she'd let the manager know, who might credit me back for it. I haven't heard anything.

I checked in late and the staff was extremely helpful both at the later check-in and early in the morning. The property was close to the interstate, so a lot of road noise. Not much for breakfast, but it's surrounded by fast food places, so it wasn't a problem.

The staff didn't speak to me other than "I.D". Fire alarm went off at 3am and was a false alarm. There were rooms standing open on my floor with the mattress hanging off the bed. The door were very loose and would stay open unless shut extemely hard. Cobwebs were all over every lighting fixture. Any amenity was "Closed for Service".

The room was disgusting, several of our friends who were there for a wedding had either bugs, stained sheets and leaks. It was under maintenance in several areas and the water smelled absolutely disgusting -10/10

You could hear the highway traffic. Wasn’t the cleanest room. Looked like a dirty sock in the drawer of the nightstand. I think the microwave has a short. Was running and got very hot on the outside of it. And I was using it.

Definitely not how it used to be a couple years ago. Not Clean, fridge and microwave had a odor. The air conditioner in the room was leaking water. The elevator also had a weird smell. At that point I was scared to lay on their beds, I will not be returning unless they get some new management and do some heavy fixing around there.

Area surrounding motel was under construction and not easy to access. The hallways smelled of urine. The room was dirty and had used bandaids stuck to bathroom vanity. There was dust on the towels, the light in the bathroom flicked for several minutes before staying on, and something smeared on the walls. The bed was comfortable but had very smal travel size pillows.

Place was surrounded by a truck stop and is a truckers motel. Horribly filthy. Worst I have ever gone to I more than 45 years of staying in hotels. Indoor pool, visible in the front lobby, looks like something from a bio-warfare laboratory. Stay far away from this location.

This was the worst hotel we never stayed at. The hallways were stinky and carpet dirty and the rooms that were we in were filthy even to the degree that we moved from this hotel even after being given a second room which was also filthy. We will never stay here again under these conditions. Very poor service and poor condition.
