Villa 'Sérénity 10 Pers Maxi' with Wi-Fi, Private Pool, Terrace, and Air Conditioning

Villa Sérénity is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Located in Mondragon, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The 110 m² property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The entire villa is air-conditioned.



Outside, you’ll enjoy a private space with a small garden, pool, covered terrace, table, and plancha grill. There’s direct access from the terrace to the pool, with no barrier in between. The pool is open from May 1st to October 15th.



Nearby, discover the Roman city of Orange, the papal city of Avignon, Sautadet waterfalls, kayak rentals, the Ardèche river, wine routes, the castles of Suze la Rousse and Grignan, and the troglodyte village of Barry in Bollène. The area also offers many hiking trails.



Four parking spaces are available on the property. Only one pet is allowed and must stay outside. Please do not let pets on sofas or beds. Children must never be left unattended in or near the pool. The pool is equipped with a safety cover.



Cleaning (except the kitchen) is included. Beds must be stripped at departure; sheets and covers left on the floor. Trash should be taken to the recycling area 80 m away; kitchen and plancha must be cleaned. Failure to follow these rules will result in additional charges.



Smoking and parties are strictly forbidden inside the villa. The neighborhood is quiet; please respect the neighbors. Bed linen is provided, but beds are not made. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for messaging, calls, and web browsing. As the villa is near a forest, the signal is good but not suitable for streaming. Two routers are installed (bedroom and living room)—please do not unplug them.
