Holiday home 'La Romarine' with heated pool, Wi-Fi and air conditioning

Located in Vaucluse, near Ardèche and Mont Ventoux, La Romarine offers 85 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The main house includes one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed suitable for 2 adults and 2 children, plus two additional adjoining bedrooms with separate outdoor entrances, connected by a short path. Each extra bedroom sleeps 2 and has its own shower and private toilet. These rooms are not air-conditioned but stay cool (north-facing, ground floor), ideal for teens or adults; the air-conditioned main house is preferred by families with young children during hot weather. The property features 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped private kitchen. Amenities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, baby cot.



The house, both annex bedrooms, garden, and terraces are reserved exclusively for one group at a time—we never rent to two different families simultaneously. Depending on your group size, the rental can be adapted for 4, 6, or 8 guests.



The heated outdoor pool (8x5x1.40 m), sand-filtered and chlorine-free, is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is reserved for guests, but must be discreetly shared with your hosts, who are present in spring and summer to welcome you and ensure the property runs smoothly.



You have 3 parking spaces, a bike storage room, and 3 bicycles. Pets are not allowed.



At the end of a secure cul-de-sac, in the heart of a pine forest, the house offers peace and an ideal location between Vaucluse, Drôme, and Ardèche, near Provençal villages (Vaison, Orange, Nyons), Mont Ventoux, and Pont du Gard. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
