- 2 bathrooms: 1 with bathtub and double sink, hairdryer and towel dryer,
and 1 with shower, single sink with hairdryer and heated towel rail.
- A large room of 40m2 with dining room and living room with TV that can accommodate the whole family. (flat screen TV, internet box, wifi...), a large table that can accommodate more than 15 people.
- A small living room/playroom for children with sofa, coffee table, library and television.
- 4 to 5 bedrooms (see details in the SLEEPING TITLES below).
- A large terrace of 40m2 overlooking the swimming pool and the outdoor area not overlooked.
- A fully secure in-ground pool (not heated): roller shutter on top + 1.20m fence all around.
- A shaded lawn area.

Bedroom 1: A 160cm double bed.
Bedroom 2: A 160cm double bed + 1 pull-out bed (80 cm or 160 cm)
Bedroom 3: A 160cm double bed.
Bedroom 4: (adjoining number 3, separated by a curtain): Rather suitable for children: A bunk bed (2x90 cm) + 1 trundle bed (80 cm or 160 cm).
Small Living Room= Possibility of additional sleeping in a small living room that closes with sliding doors: an 80 cm pull-out bed that converts into a 160cm.
In total: 14 possible beds + 1 travel cot on request.
