«Fabulous in so many ways! The facilities were impeccable, spacious, tastefully decorated, beautiful pool area. The grounds were manicured and lush with tropical plants and flowers everywhere. The food was outstanding (yes expensive), 5 star buffet with so much variety and our meal at Solis was one of the yummiest we’ve ever eaten. The staff were everywhere doing jobs all day long, always greeting you with a friendly ‘BULA!’. Hard to fault! »

«This is a resort for kids! Stay away if you are a couple! The privat bure we booked was not so private, with kids running around all the time. The service had lack of helpfullness and staff was mostly interested in kids. The resort itself was small, and the restricted adults only area was right next to the kids pool and play room - so no quiet time there either. «The Fiji Orchid is a lovely relaxed hotel with 6 villas tucked amongst lush greens. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. There is no useable beach nearby and you need a vehicle to go anywhere off the property but it’s near 2 towns and several attractions. There is always someone available to drive you. It’s very convenient to the airport so it’s a good choice for a few nights on the big island. »

«We went with our 6 and 9 year old kids for a week and it was the perfect vacation. The water around the resort is so calm and beautiful. It makes snorkeling and other water activities very easy to do with kids. The excursions are well priced and the food was very good.
