Our home has ducted heating and cooling to ensure year round comfort.

Single carport available for you to use during your stay & there is plenty of parking in the driveway.

Fresh linen is included for your stay.

The home is well equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee pods, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.



Wi-Fi:

High speed Wi-Fi is available for your stay



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the cottage for the duration of their stay.

For the safety of our guests there are areas where restricted access/private signage is posted.



The Neighborhood:

Just a 5-minute drive from the charming township of Molong, the property offers a peaceful country escape while still being close to everything you need. Molong has a supermarket, local cafes including favourite Lime & Stone, pubs, a pharmacy, hardware store, RSL, bowling club, golf course, seasonal public pool and other essential services.



For a wider selection of restaurants, shops, wineries and attractions, Orange is approximately 30 minutes away.



The property is also a great base for exploring the Central West, with plenty of regional towns, wineries, cellar doors, markets and attractions within easy driving distance. Explore nearby Canowindra, Borenore and Millthorpe, or venture further afield to Mount Canobolas, Lake Burrendong, Wellington Caves, Taronga Western Plains Zoo, the Parkes Radio Telescope, Bathurst and Dubbo.



Whether you're looking for a quiet country escape or want to explore the region, Molong is a wonderful base for discovering the Central West.



Getting Around:

Car or Taxi. Own car is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

Snakes: Snakes are a serious threat in the warmer months, particularly for dogs.

Tank Water: The property relies on rainwater tanks, so please be mindful of water usage and avoid unnecessary waste.

Fire Pit: The fire pit may not be available during periods of Total Fire Ban, particularly throughout the warmer months. Fire restrictions must always be followed.
