A house in the heart of the Alpilles in Provence, ideal for families!

Welcome to "Le Cabanon du Baron," a charming house in the heart of the Alpilles in Mollégès, a recently built 147m² residence in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. This property offers a 1000m² garden with a secure saltwater swimming pool (sun loungers and parasols), a pétanque court, soccer goals, a basketball hoop, and a ping-pong table. It is fully enclosed by an electric gate and includes three parking spaces, one with a carport and a charging point for an electric car. The covered terrace is equipped with an outdoor table for eight people, an outdoor sofa area, a gas griddle, and a Weber charcoal barbecue. Air conditioning is installed throughout the house, and there is underfloor heating. Refreshments are available on the first floor, and air conditioning is provided in the bedrooms. Inside, on the first floor, you will find a master suite with a queen-size bed, a TV, a dressing room, and a bathroom with two sinks and a shower, opening onto the garden through French doors. The kitchen is equipped with numerous appliances such as a toaster, Thermomix, bean-to-cup coffee machine, microwave, kettle, oven, and induction hob, and opens directly onto the covered terrace through French doors. The living room has a television and a comfortable sofa. An utility room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer is also available, as well as a WC.

Upstairs you will find a playroom with a relaxation area for children, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with double sink, shower and bath, as well as a WC. A cot and baby equipment are available upon request. The house is 500 meters from the village center (with two bakeries, restaurants, a newsagent/tobacconist, a mini-market, bars, etc.). Nearby, you will find Saint Remy de Provence (10 minutes), Gordes in the Luberon (30 minutes), and the Camargue (45 minutes). Access is via Avignon TGV train station (30 minutes) and Marseille Provence Airport (45 minutes). The price includes bed linen, beds made upon arrival, and bath and pool towels. For stays of more than 10 nights, a housekeeper and a gardener will be provided. After a week to ensure cleaning, garden maintenance and towel changes. A security deposit of €2400 is required. Our cat remains on the premises, it is outside.
