«Had an emergency and had to be admitted to hospital, messaged the hotel to explain and asked if they could kindly move the stay date an extra 24 hours, no cancellation...no empathy, took the money and cancelled the booking....if that's the kind of hotel that they are, enjoy the money, I'm not that desperate....karma will find a way to return the favour ...so the rating that I would give them is.... «Im general we had a good stay. The room was clean and the service was good. Internet connection was really good, and there was plenty of space for parking. The breakfast was better than most Italian hotels, and included in addition to the standard varieties of coffee, cakes and cornetto also yoghurt, musli, bacon and scrambled egg. «Giulianova var en herlig by! Her koste vi oss i lav sesong med god service! Ikke så mange som snakker engelsk men stor vilje til å forstå og gjør seg forstått. Hotellet og betjening var helt topp. God service, mange gode tips, resepsjonen bidrar til å gjøre alle gjøre bookinger og avklaringer, veldig god mat, flott og rent rom - en avslappende ferie! Noe støy fra tog og trafikk, men merket lite til det når vinduer er lukket.»

«I pulled into the property late in the evening and the only cars in the dark parking lot I assume belonged to the minimal staff. Hotel and surrounding property were deserted. If it wasn’t so late at night I would not have even checked in. After being shown the room, I left immediately and booked another hotel nearby. Not sure what is going on there, but it must be some sort of scam. The two staff members were kind and maybe understood why I left? Avoid at all costs.»
