The studio also features a snug sleeping nook with two bunk beds (190x90 cm), making it an excellent choice for families. The highlight of the property is its generous 17-square-meter terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals amidst breathtaking alpine views. Additionally, there is a convenient ski storage room to keep your gear ready for the slopes.

For your convenience, the studio comes with a free, secure private parking space. On-site hosts, residing just two hundred meters away, are available year-round to warmly welcome you and assist with any needs during your stay.

In winter, the area transforms into a magical ski resort with sun-drenched slopes, while summer invites you to discover scenic hiking trails, abundant wildlife, and serene fishing spots.

For those wishing to rent bed linens and towels, please let us know at least one week in advance:
Double sheets kit: eighteen euros,
Single sheets kit: fifteen euros, and
Towel kit: seven euros
Pets are allowed upon request with a supplement of thirty euros

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
