The architecturally-designed villa and the lodge will reveal the charm as the bay windows display a gorgeous view of the surrounding nature and there are 2 private heated swimming pools. On the edge of the forest and on an area of ​​around 1.2 hectares, come and have a good time with your family or friends in this private haven of peace.

In the village of Moliets-et-Mâa, you will find all the local shops (supermarket 1.2 km away, bakeries, pharmacy, press shop, butcher shop, restaurants, activities, shops, surfing schools, etc.)

At 6 minutes by car from this spot, you will be on the beaches or at Moliets international golf course, which is located between a pine forest and the ocean. Many activities are available nearby (nautical activities, surfing, cycling and many cycle paths, the nature reserve of the current of Huchet, Léon Lake with many related activities, horseback riding, golf, tennis, padel, Adrenaline Park, quad-biking, kayaking, etc.). All sorts of activities to entertain both adults and kids.

Our 170m2 villa (can accommodate up to 10 people) is air conditioned and possesses a master bedroom (160*200 bed) with a shower room on the ground floor, two bedrooms upstairs each with a double bed (160*200 bed) and a single bed (90*200 bed). There is also an open mezzanine with a double sofa (160*200) bed and a desk, games room, reading corner with a beautiful view of nature.

A bathroom with toilets is located upstairs and separate toilets on the ground floor.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a terrace with a view of the swimming pool. And the very bright living / dining room has a TV, DVD player, Chromecast and wifi.

The bedding is of French quality (manufactured in Brittany).

A 9x4 m heated swimming pool is ready for you (protection : submerged cover).
Bowling alley, badminton & volley ball court, table tennis, archery, soccer... are available in the property for you.


The 115m2 lodge can accommodate up to 11 people with its available beds. The lodge offers a master bedroom with a shower room and toilets and a 160x200 bed. There are two other parental bedrooms with beds with a size of 160x200 and 140x200. There is a bedroom with two single 90x200 beds and finally a bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed sized 90x200. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a double sink. Separate toilets are also found in this part of the lodge.

In addition, you can enjoy a private outdoor space with a beautiful view of nature, without having anyone else in front of you.
When you leave the house, you will directly find a forest path for your walking, jogging or cycling sessions. There is a cycle path going to the ocean that is found only about 10-15 meters into the forest or via the road.

The lodge provides a washing machine, equipped kitchen, television, DVD player and free WI-FI.
Free parking for 4 cars on either side of the lodge.

The mattresses belonging to the double beds are manufactured in France and derive from an upscale hotel range. Feather pillows and comforters.

The lodge is air conditioned.
A 7x3m heated swimming pool is ready for you (between April and October). Protection : tarp/cover with bars.
