Visit the museum and castle at the historic market town of Denbigh (5 miles), explore the market town of Mold (10 miles) renowned for its street market and theatre, or browse the independent shops, eateries, and craft centre found slightly further afield at Ruthin (14 miles).

Hang up your outdoor attire in the porch as your step into the cottage and head across to the cosy lounge/diner complete with a feature fireplace, coal fire and comfortable seating. Walk through to the stylish, thoughtfully designed kitchen and rustle up a delicious meal using local produce purchased on your travels. Catch up over a glass of wine or board game at the dining table in the lounge, planning your holiday activities before retreating to the sofa to curl up and watch a film on the Smart TV or read by the glow of the fire.
