«This is such a sweet gem of a cottage tucked into a quiet and safe neighborhood. I was in Newberg for a long weekend class and my husband was with me. This location was only a few minutes drive for me and was a perfect central spot for my husband to drive out for beautiful hikes. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking light meals and the bottle of Pinot Noir from the owner was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay here again if we return.»

«Great place! Sweet view of the river from the deck. The river itself is pretty lazy and it was easy to use the kayaks. Just a short carry down the bank to the edge. The inside is cute and cozy. The roof in the upstairs sleeping loft is very pitched, so very short at the edges of the bed but tall in the middle. The stairs up are pretty cool but also require some getting used to. «My two daughters and myself stayed a few nights here and we fell in love with this cottage. It’s beautiful and quiet. The owners have definitely made sure you have everything you need. I also need to say that when we flew in from Utah we had to hang out in town for a couple hours before we could check in, Totally no big deal. «This was a sweet little escape not super far away from town. The only thing that I would suggest is asking that if you're visiting in colder months you request the heat be turned on prior to check in. It was freezing and took a few hours to heat up. Otherwise it was a great little place and most likely will visit there again.»

The queen bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of closet and drawer space, our own laundry, and very, very well stocked kitchen! The gardens are beautiful.
