The hotel is dirty and full of insects and bugs in the room. The hotel staffs are not cooperative nor helpful. I complained about the ants and bugs situation since day 1 and asked for partial refund of remaining nights because I did not want to stay there anymore and the staffs are really good at avoiding refund. They make up so many excuses to stop me to see a manager. 2 more nights until check out, I desperately asked for refund again and they said the refund manager is on vacation for 3 months so they could not do anything. Don’t ever stay here! Also they love to add small charges to the room and don’t tell you until the last day when you check out.

I was able to walk right out of the hotel and into a large mall that had plenty of places to shop and eat.
I enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. There was something for everyone. Staff were very helpful.

Not the usual standard
Normally a great all round experience however the advertised satellite tv DID NOT EXIST!! In fact at no point during the 5 nights could I watch TV, this is problematic on a business trip as its nice to unwind in your room and have entertainment!
We also paid for conference facilities & felt extremely rushed in the facility the evening of our meeting!

There was a cockroach in our room for 2 days which was eventually got rid off by us and no tea spoons in the room not enough toilet tissue etc. Various small issues which the management need to get attended to and rectify.

Good business stay!
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The rooms are clean and the location is convenient with a big mall next to the hotel.
My recommendation is to have a better atmosphere and smell when entering the facility.
The kitchen seems to be close to the reception and the smell of fried food is not good.
Overall, the hotel is good.
