«The room was okay. The curtains didn’t shut all the way—Lamp next to bed did not work. I forgot my expensive “Owala” water bottle. When I realized it was missing—which was ONLY half hour after check out—they told me it was not in the room. I know for a fact it was—left on nightstand next to bed. I just said to girl on the phone I hope your cleaning people enjoy it. Must need it more than me. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. Will not be staying here again or giving a referral ...

«My room was not cleaned daily. We ran out of toilet paper and had to use tissue in the bathroom. On each occasion during breakfast, they ran out of items, and you had to wait around for it. First day, they ran out of bacon, hot water for tea and bread. Second day, they ran out of bagel, Mild for coffee and hot water for tea again. They had limited fruits»

«very poorly managed facility. they have a banquet hall and had a prom booked the night we stayed. they didn't tell us until we checked in and they said it wouldnt be too loud. it was extremely loud and we were on second floor directly above the hall. we were travelling with a 1 year old and baby couldn't sleep because all of the noise. we demanded a refund and left the hotel to find somewhere else. very inconsiderate and un professional. they could've told us prior to check in so we ...

«It was very close to the casino, so that was a big plus. Pool and a pool table were a nice to have. We had a lovely buffet breakfest one morning, with the waitress brining us everything we needed and more, just to discover the next morning that buffet breakfest was no longer served - which was a huge dissapointment. The room was clean, and refreshed every day, but the black-out curtains were broken, so we needed to use clothes pins to close them togetehr. The hallways and elevators had unatended ...

«We absolutely love this property and we have stayed here many times. We have stayed in many of the cottages, and on the houseboat (which was a wonderful experience), but our favorite is the Bluffs first floor. The property is pristine, the cottages are modern, clean, warm and welcoming. It is so peaceful to look out at the water and forget about the craziness of life. You won’t be disappointed!»
