Unclean, stained sheets, broken safe, ant infested in the bathroom, rancid smelling rooms (tried 3 rooms and had to pick the least worse room), forced to change our own sheets because 1 bed was stained, filthy carpets, wires and electrical box exposed on snack store wall in lobby,, incapable staff, no responsibility from management, paint on bathroom lamp, dust on everything, bed skirts very dirty,,rubbish,more dust, feathers and hair around bed, ball of hair immediately upon entering 1ar room greeted us, extremely loud and dangerous construction nowhere mentioned, $100 charge rather than hold on c cc for damage to property, microwave unstable with wrong plate, windows didn't open, air unit insufficient, and broken, no help from staff and after all of this no refund. Only OneKey Cash? All of this after a very sad and emotional funeral. I needed rest and peace, not turmoil and filth. Gross, despicable, dishonest, unprofessional, horrible, despairing situation. And I've relived it too many times with expedia "highly prioritizing" my case and then saying sorry, no refund for all the crap our vendor put you through. Expedia VET YOUR VENDORS!!!
