Apartment in Pomposa, in the heart of the city

Newly renovated apartment located in the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) right in the heart of the historic center, in the Pomposa neighborhood—one of the city’s most picturesque and lively areas.

From our apartment, you can explore everything the center of Modena has to offer on foot: from traditional and innovative cuisine to bars, cafes, and the city’s main cultural landmarks (the Duomo, Piazza Grande, and the Ghirlandina are just a short walk away, as well as the Palazzo dei Musei, the Galleria Civica, the MEF, and more).


Our home is located on the first floor of a 16th-century building in the city’s oldest and most vibrant heart.
Our guests will have exclusive access to a completely separate part of our home, consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a full bathroom.

The apartment has just been renovated, so our guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in the oldest part of the city.

The house is very centrally located in one of the liveliest neighborhoods, full of restaurants and attractions, but the street is very quiet, so you can rest without any disturbances.
