Summary:
Our beautiful main floor condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Dog friendly! Condo accommodates a party up to 8!

***Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to have you in this dog friendly property (pet fees apply, 2 pet maximum & some exclusions apply). There will be a $100 per stay pet fee... dogs are not allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. So please inquire with us before booking***

Getting Around:
This is located about 4 miles away from downtown Moab and is about a 5 minute drive there. Parking is first come first serve. There is parking right outside the unit, and can see your vehicle from the unit.

Other than a dead battery in the deadbolt, our stay was great. This the second time we’ve stayed in this property. Honestly, the only complaint I have is the location, but the affordability and condition of the condo; more than make up for it! Thanks again!

We had a very short stay but it was perfect for our needs. Comfy beds, enough towels, nice and clean, etc. Host was responsive… all good! (The walls are a bit thin… could hear people above walking etc. but nothing the host can do about that. We used white noise on our phones to cover sounds while sleeping.)

The sliding glass door did NOT have a lock on it, even though we were on the ground floor. Finally found a piece of wood to stick in the tracks to hopefully prevent people from breaking in. Left the coffee table braced up against it our whole stay. Reached out to the manager with the complaint - no response addressing the issue nor did he send me a phone number to contact them!The kitchen floor was filthy - figured this out after coffee pot overflowed do to the coffee pot being the wrong size/shape for that coffee maker. Wiped up the mess then wiped up another area in the kitchen - filthy! Had to lay two knives under pot to get it to work properly. The HVAC was so loud when the air conditioner was running you couldn't hear each other talk unless you were right next to each other.One bedroom closet had one knob missing & the other knob hanging, ready to fall off. The master bedroom closet was so full of folding cots you had to squeeze sideways to get into it.

Great stay close to Moab! Rooms are comfortable, bathroom and kitchen clean, nice living and dining area, outdoor porch to BBQ if you want! Pool and hot tub in shared area were clean and easy to use. Kitchen was fully-stocked with the things you need to cook and share food. Laundry on site was easy to use and clean! Quiet, plenty of parking, and a quick drive into Moab for anything else you need.

Check in was very easy. Condo was as described and met our expectations. Beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected. Although we didnt spend alot of time in the condo and we didnt cook, the kitchen seemed well equipped. I was kinda surprised there was no small coffee packets - at least for a cup or 2 (like most hotels provide). Although this condo is nice (and quiet) it is probably around 10 minutes of of Moab town center, so its a short ride to restaurants and activities in town. All that being said, this place met our expectations.

Amazing place! Super clean, everhthing as advertised. Easy to get to. Will absolutely be back with friends since theres so much space!The hallway bathroom shower faucet and knob need re sealed and are real loose. Such a small thing and not a problem, but other than that everything was perfect!

We felt that the online photos were a bit misleading. There is no pool view from the balcony, which makes a difference when you’re trying to keep your eye on children. It is actually not facing the pool at all. Also, the balcony doors did not lock. There was a piece of wood to jam the door, but we did not feel that was safe. The shower nozzle was close to breaking.

Nice, but big AC problems

We came to Moab for a family reunion so our family split into two groups and rented two units in this same complex. Everything met our expectations except the AC in our unit wasn't functioning properly. It was very uncomfortable to be in our unit during the day and sleep in 80 degree temperatures both nights. The AC in the other unit was great. Our family also didn't want to play games or visit in our unit because it was always too warm inside to be comfortable. I would have never rented a unit in Moab without good AC and yet, that is what we got. I messaged about this problem, but never got a response. Even after checkout, they still didn't acknowledge that the AC wasn't working properly or offer us any compensation. It was nice to have a swimming pool and our kids had a lot of fun swimming after our hikes. However, when the unit can't give you a nice cool place to relax, that was a problem for everyone. Moab is not a place that you want to be staying in a place without good functioning AC and the listing says there is AC. It is also about 20-minute drive from this unit to the Arches visitor's center so just plan that into your trip. Everything else about this unit is great, but it is difficult to overlook the AC problems in Moab heat.

Very solid vacation rental

We rented this place and do not even have a pet. It was quite good. The oven needs to be cleaned because it smoked when we turned it on, but everything else was absolutely perfect. Thanks for a great day. Five stars out of five stars easily.

Beautiful Moab

The property was very clean and inviting. Tyler & Haley were great with communicating all information. There was plenty of room for myself, my husband, and our four kids. Ages ranging from 13-24. They also have plenty of extra fold out beds in the master closet if you need them. We were very pleased with our stay!

Nice condo and facility. Grateful to the owners for providing new roll-a-way beds, as the old ones were broken. The kitchen could use a few more basics like a pitcher and cake pan. It was clean with plenty of towels for pool.
