«Everything about this property and the staff was fabulous. We had traditional breakfast and supper that were prepared and served flawlessly. Every dish and bite was flavorful and varied. There was an incredible variety of flavors, colors and textures. We had supper served in our room and it was a beautiful personal touch, with the servers explaining every dish and we were able to enjoy it as a relaxed, easy pace.
We will absolutely be staying here again next time we come to Japan. »

«Staff was great. Polite and helpful. Amenities were great . Ocean view was mediocre due to we were on the third floor and the the ferry station was blocking most of the view.»

«absolutely loved my stay, from the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The location is perfect — tucked into the trees near Momijidani Park, with a peaceful stream running right outside.
Everything about Iwaso felt authentic and special. If you want a true taste of traditional Japanese hospitality, this is the place to stay.»

«Great place, service and staff! Had japanese style room and it was awesome. The hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to the ferry station which is very convinient and you can travel there for the night walk as well. A really great place to experience the japanese hospitality, food an scenery😊»

«A gem of a place. Stayed here at the end of April and the location and place were an experience. The dinner and breakfast were also excellent and we greatly appreciated the shuttle back to the ferry the next day. Highly recommend. »
