We checked in and there were no towels in the bathroom. There was food left in the fridge and the room smelled like feet. The breakfast area was dirty, waffle batter on the counter and things were sitting out on the counter. The road noise made sleeping difficult

Good place to stay for a weekend getaway. Not the most luxurious accommodations, but comfortable, clean, and convenient. Staff was nice but not outwardly friendly to say hello as people came in and out the door by the front desk. Hot tub was nice to relax in. The room beds were comfortable. Would be nice to have a tv guide in the room as the one on the tv wasn’t working. There were many lightbulbs out in the bathroom, including the heat lamp, which was a bit annoying with the lack of light to get ready. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave and coffee. Overall would definitely stay here again.

When I entered to sign in it took awhile for someone to come to the front desk. The young man was friendly but not very helpful with some of my issues. After noticing that there was no TV guide, I went back to the desk to ask for one and he gave me the wrong one. When I went back later he showed me the correct one and told me I could take a picture with my phone, as there was only one at the front desk. There was no helpful information in the room regarding where things were located in Missoula. In the morning after a shower, I discovered that the hair dryer did not work. When I tried to turn it on the lights above the sink flickered, so I informed the young man at the front desk and told him there was probably an electrical problem. He agreed that this was probably the problem. This was a safety concern for me but I was not offered any solution. This is an old hotel that needs updating. The pictures online did not reflect this and I probably should have known due to the fact that the price was quite reasonable. Regardless, I will not be staying at this motel again if I am in Missoula.

This place was a dump. No elevator(s), breakfast was horrific no milk, juice or water. All vending machines were out of order. Even the complimentary shampoo was 1/2 gone from someone else’s use. No way! Never again!
