Front desk, buffet cashiers, and player services staff are usually somewhat unfriendly and dismissive, but bar staff at Blu housekeeping staff, and general casino and security employees are usually very friendly and helpful. «Place was a dump. Pictures did NOT represent how it really looked. Old building, old bed that squeeked, poor pillows, scratchy sheets, toilet seat peeling paint, tub and sinks stained, no hot water- barely luke warm, water stains and patches in ceilings, carpet patched all over. «The room was clean and smelled fresh upon coming in. The beds we're clean and comfortable. The room amenities reflect expectation. Walls are a little thin so you might hear someone/something loud, its a hotel.. It's pet friendly with a small fee and theirs plenty of good dog walking area. Its recently been updated/renovated. Pool is small, looked clean but was closed seasonally still. Breakfast is ok at best, but they do have waffle maker!.. The staff is what im assuming a family ran operation. ...

«Rooms were well stocked. Place is always nice and clean. Only issues that i would see would be amount of checkin staff. With this being a heavy visit during the middle of the week due to baseball games, i would have had just a few more staff available to help with checkin. »
