«The rooms i stayed in were clean but seemed very used and worn, wall paper scuffs and rips, hole in wall behind bathroom door, you could hear door closing in the hall, and the vibe was off. Also the hot tub was in need of cleaning, it was all foamy. The staff didn't reall6 seem friendly as well, not even a smile. I wont stay here again.»

«Nice welcoming by the host. The WiFi was very bad, dark and tramped room. Outdated facilities. Because of other visitors, I did not get much sleep. They kept on knocking on their friends doors outside our door. Finally my houseband had to go out in the hallway and tell them to be quiet. Afterwards it got more quiet. Building in great need of updating. I would not come back but I am grateful to have a bed to sleep in, when the alternative would be sleeping in the car. »

«We were so happy to stay here!! The staff really cared that we had an enjoyable stay. We were upgraded to a studio & it was brand new & so nicely arranged. It had everything we needed to rest after a long road trip. We felt so refreshed here! It was clean & comfortable. We felt it was a safe area too compared to other parts of town. The breakfast was awesome…we actually had a healthy meal with many options. If we had more time, we would’ve tried the pool & gym…it all looked very inviting. We ...

«When I arrived the lobby is noticably dirty. The place smells and there were trash bags in the hallway. I noticed dry yellow stains and hair on the toilet along with a dry chunk of a brown substance on the toilet. The second room was not better. The Manager seemed more insulted than concerned and refused to refund my money when I refused to acept the room. He also refused to put me in contact with his supervisor and refused to provide me with any cooperation to escalate my request for a refund. »

«While undergoing renovations this hotel was amazing! All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and just lovely. The rooms were clean,the breakfast was good and the location is great! The only thing to improve would be to fix the jets in the hot tub - they weren't working; and I do wish there was a gym. However everything else exceeded my expectations, and I would book there again in the future.»
