Welcome to Casa Hoyo 12, your private lakefront oasis in Mission. This newly remodeled home is designed for relaxing stays with peaceful water views just outside your patio. The layout is perfect for families, featuring 3 bedrooms on the first floor including the master suite. Upstairs, enjoy a spacious bedroom with three queen beds and a private balcony, ideal for kids or groups to have their own space.
This home is located in a perfect enclave in Cimarrón, a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, ideal for family or business stays. Step into the patio and enjoy a unique experience with ducks, geese, turtles, and birds right in front of you. End your day with breathtaking sunsets by the lake.

It is important to understand that this home is surrounded by nature. You may see birds, insects, or small wildlife, especially near the lake. We have regular pest control, but it is not possible to eliminate this entirely.
The lake is part of a private golf course and strictly off-limits. Entering or attempting to access the lake is not allowed under any circumstances.
Please do not feed any animals, as this may attract them and create unsafe situations.
At night, mosquitoes may be present. To enhance your comfort, exterior lighting is automatically programmed: lights closer to the house dim or turn off at sunset, while lights farther away turn on to draw insects away from the home. You may adjust lighting levels using the dimmers if desired.
When using the patio, please keep doors closed to prevent insects from entering.
Although the homes are separated, please respect boundaries and do not attempt to access restricted areas near the lake.
Fishing is not allowed in this lake.
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests total (including children)
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property (no visitors)
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• No glass allowed on the patio
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times, both indoors and outdoors
