Ocean Front Villa, oppvarmet evighetsbasseng, foss, gratis kokk og ansatte

Casa Mis Rocas er mesterverket til arkitekten Cachi Perez. Det ble bygget inn i granittfundamentet til Sierra Madre-fjellene. Det har utsikt over Banderasbukta og er rangert som en av de beste villaene i Puerto Vallarta. Mis Rocas er et moderne, stilig hjem med 22 fots hvelvede tak, fantastiske havutsikt, fantastisk evighetsbasseng som ligger over havet. Huset har et fullt utstyrt treningsrom, 2 barer, spisestue, mange sittegrupper ute på hvert nivå i hjemmet. Den har vakkert palisanderskap, apparater som er under null, luftige terrasser på samme nivå som bassenget. Den er romslig og elegant, den perfekte utflukten fra stresset i livet. Vi er glade for å være vertskap for familier, gjensyn, bryllup, utdrikningslag (ette) fester og selskapets retreat. Vi tilbyr et gratis personale som inkluderer kokk, hushjelp og eiendomssjef.

Huset var fagmessig laget av murstein, stein, marmor og granitt. Det er flere kopuler og åpne planløsninger, Mis Rocas er solfylt med et friluftsfølelse. Den skyhøye villaen dominerer en spektakulær abbor ved havet ovenfor eliten South Shore. Villaen er veldig romslig med over 10 200 kvadratmeter boareal.

Gulvene og mange vegger i hjemmet er laget av tilpasset kappet marmor og fossil skallfliser. Huset har et komplett kompliment av møbler, kunst, utemøbler og gjemmesteder for å unnslippe og absorbere den vakre utsikten. Vi har både innendørs og utendørs boblebad som gir avslappende og romantiske omgivelser for lange, late dager og netter. Heisen gir enkel tilgang til alle tre nivåer i hjemmet. Master suite har en innfelt TV, overdådig spa, master bad bygget for to, og privat terrasse med havutsikt. Juniorsuiten har også en innfelt TV og inkluderer en kjøkkenkrok.

Baksiden av villaen åpner til en steinterrasse med sittegruppe, en rekke sjeselonger for soling og et oppvarmet evighetsbasseng, som alle ligger over havet. Følg trinnene ned til en annen terrasse og salong og den menneskeskapte stranden. En spiseplass, våt bar og grill rundt uteoppholdsarealene. På innsiden har eiendommen kabel-TV og Wi-Fi, takvifte og klimaanlegg for bekvemmelighet og komfort.

We booked this rental for a bachelorette party. There was 11 of us total. The house manager was very difficult to get a hold of prior to scheduling everything. The staff was great when we arrived. However, the food was lackluster and very minimal even though we paid for the groceries. We had to keep repeatedly, asking the chef to make more food as we were eating just because there wasn't enough for all of us to eat together. Depending on what we had on the menu that day it varied. I wouldn't say that the food was all around great some days were good and some days we're OK.The bartender was very kind, however, it was not what we were expecting. We were looking forward to having a bartender that could make fun cocktails, and shots. However, the bartender had very limited knowledge of drinks/shots and was basically there just to stir drinks. We even bought mixers and all the alcohol to be able to have the cocktails and he was still not able to do it. As I mentioned, it was very difficult to communicate with the property manager. It was hard for him to give me receipts for everything that we paid for. When we tipped them for the whole trip, he pocketed all the money even though it's supposed to be split between him and the chef. He was told in person face to face. So in the end, we had to spend a lot more than we were initially quoted. It is a very beautiful location the house itself is definitely seen better days. Everything was kind of cleaned but not spotless.

We had such an amazing week at Casa Mis Rocas. The house was gorgeous and the beach views were amazing! Jorge made the week stress free and relaxing. Chef Francisco made so many amazing meals and always made sure we had everything we wanted. His chips and guacamole were second to none. All of the staff were very kind and accommodating. We spent most of the week in the pool and watching for dolphins from the balcony. We would definitely come back again!

Wonderful Destination Wedding Trip

We spent a week at Casa Mis Rocas for my daughter’s wedding. We had 17 adults and a baby with us. The house was perfect for our group, everyone had space of their own. The house is huge and really allowed us to be together or to space out as needed. We had so much fun with the pool and the views are so epic from anywhere on the property. The food from Carmen was outstanding, she made us breakfast and dinner each day and it was always delicious. Carmen was so nice and accommodating as well. Jorge the house manager was also super helpful all week. He got whatever we needed and provided us with help on getting around and where to go. We had the wedding on the lower patio and it was such a spectacular setting for the ceremony. Such a special day for my day and all of us. Overall, this was such a wonderful trip and experience for everyone. Some tips if you go. Make sure you have a lot of cash with you. Credit cards don’t always work and it’s hard to get cash near the house. Also, the house is a ways south of the city. We had vans but driving around there is a bit stressful. Taxis and the bus are good options to get around. There is not a lot of options to buy food or supplies near the house. We went to Costco in town but it’s a Trek to get there. Highly recommend visiting the Botanic Gardens which is on 20 min from the house, such a beautiful place and a great restaurant there as well.

Amazing stay! 9 women

After reading some previous reviews I was a little worried about this stay, but it turned out amazing!! Francisco was THE BEST CHEF!! I’m sad that I couldn’t pack him in my suitcase 😁. He worked extremely hard and every meal was delicious. The house manager was very helpful, I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything worked out. The indoor jacuzzi was not working during this stay so we were unable to use it, but the pool and outdoor jacuzzi worked great. There were lots of little lizards inside the house. The first 2 nights I was freaked out about it, but by the 3rd night we were use to it. I would definitely come back.

A lot of thought went into this review.

Hard to write this review! I know how great this house could be & I know how the house was while we were there. This house HAS everything, a gym, 2 hot tubs, a heated pool, an amazing cook, amazing views, an elevator, great location, and I could go on and on, BUT, unfortunately, we only got to enjoy a few of those perks. This house was hit by the hurricane in Oct. The house still needs alot of work to get it back to what it could be. The pool was great but heater was broken, the hot tub in the room never worked, the outdoor hot tub worked but no jets, and on the 2nd last day, it stopped heating as well. The faucet on the main level bar was about to fall off. We used that sink the 1st night and the glasses that we used were literally still sitting in the sink when we left. Opened the lower cabinets in the bar, only to smell the most over powering smell of mold, and I've ever smelled. Several missing appliances throughout the house and at the same time, huge refrigerators sitting in the kitchen unplugged, also filled with mold. I also understand that this is an open air house and its extremely hard to keep pest out, but finding a live rat roaming across the kitchen floor set several of the guest running! All that has led me to leave a less than perfect rating. Manager was also hard to communicate with. Just wish we would have know this BEFORE getting there. Owners dont want to invest into this property. Could have called and complained but where are going to go!!

Not as pictured, hurricane damaged that happened 5 weeks prior not taken care of and we were not made aware of the state of the house - broken light poles on the ground and in the bushes, broken table and trash, doors to bedrooms from the outside with locks broke. Many amenities noted were not usable - the outside firepit, the pool not heated, a dirty hot tub, the inside jacuzzi not working, exercise equipment had’t been cleaned including bird poop on the elliptical, bugs and lizards in bedrooms, a house manager hammering in the house while we were there, repair people walking in without being let in, basic maintenance like lightbulbs and cleaning not kept up. Shared feedback with owner and house manger, owner did offer to give us a refund after our first night, but given we would have had to search for and book accommodations for the whole crew that same day while trying to enjoy a vacation, we declined. When I followed up with feedback, videos and pictures to ensure I was being open with the ower that I would be sharing so others don’t have the same experience, he said my pictures and videos were “exaggerated, non sensible, and irrelevant” and he wasn’t interested in my “games to renegotiate my rental price”. I never asked for compensation and wouldn’t. Trust me - there are much better options.

I was not impressed. Bad experiences Many of the key selling points didn't work. The upstairs jacuzzi didn't work, the lights kept going out so one person being stuck on the elevator stopped the other ones from using it. The amout of time the lights was off varies. It would be nice to invest in a back up generator or solar panel. The amount of money it cost to rent this property this should be a must. Only had a chance to use the pool once on the first day the insects took over. It was to many and impossible to keep them out the pool. The house needs some upkeep from normal usages. Good experiences The chef Francisco is awesome and very experience. Ever meal was excellent. Every view is beautiful from each room. I didn't give this house a 5 star because many of the prior comments was still present. The pictures and the description make you think 5 stars. We had the assessment peoples at the house with our personal belongings...taking pictures while we was out and about and another 1.5 hours after we returned they was still present. Now i see how the pictures are stage so awesome. Please invest in backup for power outages, upkeep, maintenance and a good exterminator. I been renting with VRBO for over 10 years and this is my firt time not having a 5 star experience. However if you invest in this property it could be a 5 star.

Beautiful Views

This is an amazing property. There is not a bad view from any room. The house manager was helpful, and the cleaning staff did a great job. Fransisco was far and above the best feature of the house! He was open to any suggestions for meals and everything was always excellent. He was always quick with a snack too! You won't be disappointed with this property.

Our group of 14 just had our 2nd stay at Casa Mis Rocas. This Villa is absolutely amazing. Jorge the house manger is very professional and accommodating. Francisco the chef is worth the price of the rental. This Villa is perfect and we will be back for our 3rd time in 2024!

In town for a few days to celebrate a birthday

It was a beautiful property and the staff was amazing. It is a little distance from town which we were not expecting but we loved how quite and peaceful it was. Perfect family reunion

The only venue imaginable where 19 people encompassing 7 families can stay under one roof for seven days and have an excellent time ALL SEVEN DAYS! The key to that success was the size of the home and what the home had to offer. But, more importantly, Francisco the chef was phenomenal along with a housekeeper with an astute eye for cleanliness, and Jorge's guidance to execute our excursion requests was top-notch, including transportation back to the airport. We definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a good time in PV!

Amazing!

The house and the views are amazing. If you are looking for a place for a large group or family look no further. My family of 10 adults spent a luxurious week at Casa Mia Rocas. Everything was perfect. Jorge will assist in whatever you need. Don't rent a car. Jorge can arrange all taxi services. No need for restaurants. Francisco is a 5 star chef. Every meal was awesome. Glorious and amazing family vacation

We are a family of 11. Six adults and 5 kids aged 16 to 10. Every year my husband and I take our grandchildren and their parents on vacation. This year we decided on Casa Mis Rocas and are so glad we did. The villa is just beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice. Everyone had their own bedroom and there was enough room for everyone to gather daily for breakfast and dinner, and to lounge on all the balconies and by the pool area. The views are breathtaking! But what made this vacation unbeatable was the staff. Jorge, the house manager was great to work with and did all the shopping for our needs. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of keeping the place immaculate. But the highlight of our vacation was Francisco the chef. He not only made delicous meals twice a day, but his guacamole was second to none. In addition to that he, is so very kind and his stories of his experiences of being a chef were so interesting. He is a delight! And if you are doing comparisions of different villas in the area, what I will point out is this home is fully air-conditioned as oppossed to others who are open-air and only have air-conditioning in the bedrooms. In July, it is warm and VERY humid. The Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta is about 20 minutes away and a straight ride into town. You won't find a more beautiful villa for the price. Book it now before someone else does!

Exceptional Villa and Staff

Everyone in our group was extremely impressed with the Villa and the staff was outstanding. Jorge was always there to accommodate any requests we had and the maid kept the Villa spotless. Alonso was our chef and our meals were amazing. Our average cost per meal per person was only about $8.00 and you can’t beat the quality of the food for the price. The views are some of the best the you will find in all of Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely recommend Casa Mis Rocas and would not hesitate to go back again.

Beautiful House

Me and my family had a great time at this beautiful house. Great views of the ocean from every room pretty much the whole house has ocean views. The staff is great they keep the house clean everyday very well kept. The best part of getting this house was the chef, chef Francisco is the best had breakfast ready for us everyday when we woke up. Dinner at the time we would tell him they where some of the best meals we have had. Great house would definitely go back and recommend to anyone.

Casa Mis Rocas

This house is spectacular! The views are so beautiful! We saw whales, dolphins, manarays, fish and sea turtles. The house was spacious and had so much beautiful art work. We had Francisco cooking for us all week and we loved everything he did for us. Such kind and generous staff at the house. You will not be disappointed staying here! Jorge arranged taxis to pick us up to take us to town a few times which was very nice. Rides to town were $40 but you get a big van. Thank you all for the wonderful memories my family made while staying at Casa Mis Rocas💗

Casa Mis Rocas 50th birthday party

I would like to start my review by mentioning that we booked Casa Rocas for next year 2 days after we returned from our trip and all 16 people are returning. The home is absolutely beautiful & incredibly spacious with the most amazing views of the bay. Our stay was in mid-February and we were delighted to see so many whales from our balconies and also had several pods of dolphins right in front of the house one day. The owner, David, is super responsive and truly cared that we had an enjoyable trip. He answered any of our questions via email quickly. Jorge is great! He told us all we needed to know about the house, how the meals worked and was a huge help! Our rooms were made up daily and you barely knew anyone was there! Francisco is an amazing chef and a delightful man. He made us breakfast and dinner daily and everyone was so impressed with his culinary skills. He made his famous green sauce chilaquiles on our 2nd day and we all requested them for breakfast the rest of our mornings. He even shared his recipe. We had a wonderful trip for my 50th birthday and I am so glad we chose Casa de las Rocas; the home is amazing, the staff is phenomenal…I couldn’t have asked for more! We will be back next year for another round of beautiful memories!

A Mexican Delight

The villa was perfect for our family vacation. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 small children and we had booked the villa for 2 full weeks. Very spacious and elegant accommodation. Extremely private (from neighbours) with an unbelievable view of the ocean that provided some memorable experiences with whales and dolphins. The huge heated pool and hot tub was a highlight for our family that got lots of use every day. This was the first time we stayed in the Mismaloya area and we absolutely loved it. Everything we needed including some great beaches are nearby. And the zoo was another highlight for our family. The owner, David, was extremely helpful and cooperative - a real pleasure to deal with. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. The house manager, Jorge, looked after all our needs for the 14 days we were there and went out of his way to make sure we were very happy. I can’t say enough good things about our cook, Francisco. Always a smile on his face - a real gentleman who became part of the family during our stay. Our family is quite diverse in appetite and somehow Francisco was able to satisfy everyone at every meal. All of the meals were fantastic - our breakfasts were a feast; the memorable dinners of red snapper, magi-mahi, shrimp, etc; and every desert was a huge hit with the children. And Francisco’s guacamole and salsa are the best ever. All in all, a fantastic vacation. Highly recommended.

Horrible owner and host interaction

I came to this listing in Puerto Vallarta with a party of 8. We booked this house based on the amenities in the listing and some of those amenities along with basic things such as hot water were not provided. I reached out to the property manager and the owner of the property to find a amicable resolution. Both interactions were met with condescending tones, deflections, and mention of previous positive reviews. The listing advertises that transportation is available upon request. We were told we needed to take a cab from the airport. The listing says there are two jacuzzis, only one is in service. The listing advertises a heated pool and the heater is either not working or non existent as the water in the pool is very very cold. When this was mentioned to the owner, he responded saying it’s Mexico and he doubts the water is ice cold. Again undermining my experience with his property. Since we arrived on Thursday, the water to shower was not hot or warm. We addressed this immediately with the property manager and we’re met with no solution. We again addressed the issue Saturday and were again told that there was nothing wrong with the hot water. When we told the property manager that he was being condescending by saying nothing was wrong when we blatantly had to shower in cold water, he finally admitted that the water is from a well and the water does not get hot. Hot water is a basic necessity and for a house in this price range, it is unacceptable to have no recourse. Wifi is not working although it is advertised as an amenity. We were told upon our arrival that the wifi just stopped working and the internet company was working on the road. Eventually the owner admitted there has been issues with the wifi for the last few weeks. This should be in the listing so that we can better prepare as we told the property manager we had to sign into work for meetings.The maid for this house lives in the house. This was not described in the listing. That is a violation of our privacy and shows a lack of privacy for our party. Spider webs and bugs falling from The chandelier over the dinner table while we eat. Also, this is a all girls trip. The Concerge walked in 2 woman’s rooms while they were getting ready and saw them naked this morning without any notice never announcing his presence. This has traumatized these ladies. Ants and little bugs were all in the beds. We feel like we are treated this way because we are African American.

Amazing

My family, Friends and I stayed at Casa Mis Rocas for 5 Days/4 Nights!! First of all, we were totally blown away from the second we entered the Villa!!! The Ocean View immediately grabs you and takes your breathe away! The Villa is nothing short of Spectacular and every room has an Ocean View! There were 17 People in our Party and we were all left with an Ah-Mazing Experience!! The Owner Dave, was very helpful, professional and available. When it was time for us to make our Trip, Dave passed us on to his "House Manager" Jorge/George . I could write a Book on the incredible hospitality we received from Jorge/George, Chef Francisco and the Housekeeper! Jorge/George, presented my daughter with a homemade cake for her Sweet 16 Birthday ... Chef Francisco, was so AH-MAZING that we literally gave him a standing ovation after every meal!!! THANK YOU DAVE, JORGE, FRANCISCO AND STAFF!!! We'll Be Back!!!!!

Amazing Trip for Group of 16

We were a mixed group of friends and couples that came out for a fun and relaxing vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The house was spectacular and very accommodating for a large group. 8 of the 9 rooms are oceanfront and have a view. The property manager (Jorge) was very accommodating and helped ensure we had everything we needed, and the the chef (Francisco) was amazing and the group loved him. There was some ongoing maintenance taking place, but it was not distracting and they took care of everything while we were away. Would definitely recommend this for anyone!

A little bit of paradise
