Surrounded by peaceful forest and located just a 2-minute walk from a beautiful private beach, Healing Haven offers the rare combination of woods and ocean in one restorative setting. Watch the sunrise over the water, walk the shoreline in silence, or simply sit and let the rhythm of the waves settle your mind.
Your stay includes access to your own private woods, where you are invited to wander, reflect, and experience a self-guided forest therapy journey using all of your senses. This is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with nature in a very personal way.
Optional experiences are also available during your stay, including guided forest therapy sessions, life coaching sessions, paddleboard rentals or lessons, fire-starting in nature, plant medicine walks, and other seasonal or creative offerings.
One of the most cherished parts of Healing Haven is the opportunity for connection—if you choose it. Guests are welcome to join the host for a relaxed coffee or evening bonfire, often shared with her rescue dogs nearby. It is a warm, informal space for conversation, laughter, or quiet companionship under the stars. Participation is always optional and guided by your comfort.
