Welcome to Leeward Key 1202! The condo overlooks the ocean- a view that can be enjoyed from a large balcony as well as the master bedroom. Your 2BR/2BA retreat has a panoramic view of spectacular sunsets from a private balcony. Inside you'll be greeted by an open floor plan, highlighted by an abundance of natural light from the balcony windows. The master bedroom suite offers up incredible beach views for you to enjoy each morning when you awake. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a twin bed with a partial Gulf view can be savored from the bedroom window, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Leeward Key will accommodate up to nine people comfortably. This condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. No matter what you choose, you are sure to make long-lasting memories at Leeward Key 1202.

FREE Seasonal Beach Services provided from March to October.

Located next door to Kenny D's, and across the street from Captain Dave's, this spot is within a few miles radius to malls, golf courses, movie theater, and golf courses - so you can relax or be entertained at any time. This bright, beachy condo offers everything you need for a fantastic vacation.

Leeward Key offers great amenities for the whole family! There are two pools with gated access, both landscaped with tropical foliage, and one is heated and located right on the beach! The complex has 3 grills guests can use- two gas grills and one charcoal grill. Whether you spend your day floating on the waves of the Gulf just steps away, lounging in the calm waters overlooking the white sand and emerald water, or lazing in the more protected pool on the north side of the complex, you are sure to love this complex. Leeward Key is also a non-smoking facility. There's a fitness room onsite, as well as a vending room for a late-night snack run. The laundry facility is located in the condo. Leeward Key offers all you could want for a fantastic beach vacation!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers a number of boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great location. Decent amount of kitchen utensils and supplies. The thermostat has a lockout at 69 degrees which was not stated prior to staying, so that was upsetting. Maintenance was easy to get ahold of when the thermostat would not work upon arriving. The cleanliness of the place was about a 5/10 due to the dishes not being fully clean that were in the cabinet and splatters on the bathroom walls. Overall, for a place to stay at the beach, it was still an excellent time! The pools and beach access were incredible.

Great condo

We loved the location, of course we knew it would be good as we used to live in the area, but to let people know who are unfamiliar. Beautiful view of the ocean, plenty of restaurants and near shopping. I have stayed at a lot of vrbos and this company has been the best at communication! Only suggestions I have are a new set of kitchen knives, some food storage containers, and a couple of throw blankets for living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent

Everything was perfect!! Clean, comfy beds, great space and view. Location is Perfect! Walkable to shops and dinner! Condo rental included beach service and that was wonderful as well! I accidentally left behind several things and the property management was SO kind to ship them back to me. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed!!

We need a deeply relaxing week before school starts and this condo delivered! The view, the beach & pool access, the condo itself was all top tier! We have stayed at a different place every year during our annual Destin visit. I think we found our favorite place. We will WITHOUT A DOUBT be rebooking this place on our next stay!

Beautiful Ocean View!

Our family loved the ocean views from our deck and master bedroom! The condo was right across from the beach an easy walk for families! The 2 beach chairs and umbrella were very much appreciated and made setting up easy for us! Thank you to the family that rents out their beautiful home to families like us! We made many memories here and wound love to come back again!

Great vacation!

The condo was in a fantastic location. The pool overlooking the beach was great and we loved getting free beach setup. Everything was really nice. It wasn’t spotless, could have been a little more thorough on the cleaning but overall I would say very nice! We had a wonderful family vacation for a week. Captain Daves across the street was fabulous and Kenny D’s right next door was reasonable and friendly and good food also.

Great property with amazing views!

It had everything you need, but nothing can beat the views! Absolutely beautiful! Beach was 3 min away with chairs available. Location is great as well. Close to everything but still right on the beach. Overall had a great stay and will be back.

Great Location

This was a great location to stay with family. The private beach access was awesome. The condo was nice and had plenty of room for our family. We did have to contact customer service for sheets and blankets for the fold out beds, but they respond very quickly and sent them within a couple of hours. Overall, this was a great and family friendly location.

Family vacation

We stayed a week in 1202! The view was perfect, beds were very comfortable, all around it was a good stay. Although the cleaning staff could do a better job cleaning. There was a used diaper under the pullout couch among other things, the bed skirt in the master bedroom was dirty and look like something had been spilled on it, and the dryer vent looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months which is a huge fire hazard. Also there wasn’t any bedding for either pull out couch only pillows in the closet without pillow cases. Ultimately I think it comes down to a bad cleaning service. Because everything else was great and when I messaged the renter they responded within minutes.

Good Stay Overall

I absolutely loved this room. It worked perfectly for our family. I liked the location and how close it was to Destin’s restaurants and shopping stores. Honestly my only complaint was the beach chair set up. There were days that the chairs we not set up until after 9 am or later. They set them up in 2 giant U shaped areas instead of rows and the chairs closest to the water were supposedly reserved for owners, so they were never available. The workers with the chair service were also rude on more than one occasion. As far as the resort and condo itself that was great but our beach experience wasn’t the best.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway!

Loved this place! So convenient to the beach and other activities, walking distance to restaurants and beach shops. Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from both the patio and bedroom view. The two pool options was also a plus. Will stay again!

Excellent Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in 1202 at Leeward Key! Great view of the water and easy access to the beach. Loved that we could walk to several restaurants in the area. Easy check in process, as well. Will look to return in the future.

Great Condo

We had a great time. I love the central location of Leeward Key. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. We have never been this time of the year and really enjoyed the not so busy time. Would stay in 1202 again.

Great Location!

Leeward Key is in a wonderful location. and maintained very well. The building was being pressure washed and floors were being painted while we were there. Everything looked neat and clean. The grounds looked beautiful at all times. Although Leeward Key is sitting directly across the street, this is not an inconvenience, there is a crosswalk directly centered in front of the building, Condo #801 was very well supplied, everything we needed was there waiting for us. We were extremely pleased with Leeward Key and hope to stay there again!
