4207 Beachside II - Oversized 1BR, Beach and Pool Views, Sleeps 5!

This is one of the most unique 1BR/1BA condos in Beachside II offering 1,200 square feet of living space, with stunning views from all rooms. The expansive floor to ceiling windows throughout the living and bedroom highlights the white sands and emerald green waters right out front. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and boasts custom cabinets, upgraded countertops as well as luxury appliances. There are two unique sitting areas, one tucked between the kitchen and living room, with two twin size daybeds with the living room offering comfortable seating, an HD flat screen TV and a pull our Twin size trundle. Walkout to the pool directly from the balcony!

The bedroom offers pool and beach views with a King size bed and flat screen TV. The ensuite bathroom has been completely updated, including a large walk in shower. This condo is the perfect beachfront getaway that you deserve!

The Beachside II pool is seasonally heated, and there is direct access to the beach via a private boardwalk. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach hut or bring them from home. Tram service to the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included.

The Resort offers something for everybody. For the golfer, there are 4 championship golf courses. For the fitness buff there are 11 miles of paved pathways for bicycling or jogging, 14 tennis courts, basketball courts and an on-site fitness center. The 98 slip Marina will satisfy the water sports enthusiast with kayak and jet ski rentals. Climb aboard the Solaris dinner cruise boat for an extraordinary evening of live entertainment and fine dining set against the backdrop of a picturesque sunset and shimmering waters. Shoppers will delight in a variety of specialty boutiques at The Village of Baytowne, Grand Boulevard or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. For those in need of a little rejuvenation a full service spa is available. Jolee Island offers nature paths, rock climbing, water slides, pirate ships, and tree houses. At the end of the day, The Village of Baytowne offers casual dining, fine dining and live entertainment whether relaxing at the pier or dancing the night away in a nightclub.

10/10 beach view and access to beach and pool! Shower was not clean. The air conditioner leaked all over the laundry area all week. Pictures listed aren’t the most accurate. It’s not as well kept as the pictures show. The bed was comfortable and my boys LOVED being able to run to the pool as early as they could.

Great family vacation

We had a great time during our stay. Pros- clean and very convenient to get to the beach and had awesome view to firework show. We had 2 minor issues but they were very prompt with fixing them. Cons- while it’s very convenient to get to the beach everyone has to pass by our door to get to the beach it’s the only unit between the automatic doors. Easy access to parking and close to stores and harbor. The pool was being filled up when we were leaving and it looked very nice! The workers told us it would be open mid august. We highly recommend.

The unit is self was pretty dated It did not match the pictures online. They mentioned the pool was under construction but did not mention the room was literally right next to the pool. In spite of all of that the communication with the property manager was on point! They handled everything in a timely manner and I was pleased with the result.

Quick work trip with husband

Location was perfect for us! Not very private but extremely convenient to run in for food, drinks, and the bathroom. The rental was very clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. My only complaint has nothing to do with the rental but the beach…too many speakers going on at once and the smell of cigarettes. I had to cancel our chair rentals and spend the day at the pool until everyone packed up and we were able to have a more relaxing time and enjoyable time while everyone else was at dinner! Overall is was great for a quick work trip and would def rent again. Super convenient!

Super Flex Location!

First off, this is the best location for the pool and beach access in the entire Beachside 2 condo. You are right next to the beach but you will see a lot of people walking across. Most of them won’t notice you. The sound is surprisingly muffled, too. Good insulation and windows! The bed was super soft but comfortable. The cleaners did a great job cleaning high traffic areas but there’s cobwebs under tables and dust between the furniture and the windows that needs cleaning. Everything was great with the actual unit. The beach is where we got a little upset. We were a young family of 5 and brought a tent. We knew the tent needed to be set up in the back part of the beach and I knew there would be Sandestin chairs and umbrellas set up for people to rent, too. I did not realize that you can not see the ocean when behind the Sandestin chairs. There were 6+ rows of them and only 25% were occupied at one of the busiest times of the year. If you bring your own umbrella you have to fight for space up front, too. It is a private beach but it was overcrowded for sure. If this unit were on a beach that had no ghost chairs set up then I think we would have had a different experience. Again, the unit is fantastic. Everything you need super close. Sandestin itself was a let down. If we were to go back to Miramar we would definitely stay at this unit!! We’ll try our family vacays for another lesser-known beach, though.

Perfect condo

Perfect condo with an excellent location. The ground floor location was awesome. Not having to use elevators made up for the slightly less than usual view of the gulf. Property manager was on point and responsive - we were a group of 5, but only had 4 wristbands. 5th wrist band was delivered almost immediately. All 5 had ample room and the condo was clean and spacious. We would book this again in a heartbeat.

Awesome getaway!

The condo is perfectly located right beside the pool and directly in front of the beach access. Having our porch open directly into the pool was super convenient with three kids. The security to get into the resort was awesome and we felt so safe the entire time. I would definitely book again!

Great location

This was our second time to stay at this condo. We love the proximity to the beach and pool. It is also so easy to get to the unit from the parking deck. No elevator needed. The condo is very spacious, and the bed is comfortable. We would stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay in this beautiful condominium. The unit looks like something out of a magazine, and the location to the beach is more than ideal. We loved being on the first floor, and we loved being steps away from the beach (literally). We wish we had longer to stay. We don’t have any complaints whatsoever.

Weekend Get Away

The condo was beautiful. The furnishings and decor looked like something out of a magazine. The kitchen appliances were so nice! We did have a slight issue with the cleanliest. It’s no reflection of the owners though. It’s the cleaning company. There was sand on the floors in the unit. Lamps and tables were dusty as if they hadn’t dusted or wiped down in a while. There was a dead roach between the mattress and trundle in the master bedroom and knats in the unit. Like I said, this was not due to the owners. We loved the two sofas with twin mattresses. Master Bedroom bed was very comfortable. One of the luggage racks was broken. I’m not sure if anyone reported it or not. Bathroom was nice with the dual showered heads. We loved the location on the first floor. Thank We enjoyed are stay very much. I’m sure we’ll come back again as Sandestin is our favorite place. Jody Williams Montgomery, AL

Great beach-front condo!

This is very spacious condo with super easy access to the beach and pool. The view is amazing. The best part was not having to ride an elevator once during our stay. The condo is well decorated, and the king-sized bed was vey comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to any of our friends looking for a relaxing, one-bedroom condo on the beach.
