I booked this stay through Expedia at Seascape Rental Escapes in the tennis court area, and overall it was a great experience.
The address provided led us directly to the location, which made arrival smooth. I was a little confused by the initial email instructions mentioning an entry point that didn’t seem to apply to guests, but thankfully it didn’t affect check-in since we found the villa easily within a couple of minutes.
The villa itself was clean, quiet, and felt very safe being inside a gated community. Not just anyone could enter, which added an extra layer of comfort. The location was perfect—walking distance to the beach and centrally located near popular restaurants. It was also about 15 minutes from Destin Harbor Village, which made getting around convenient.
The amenities were a big plus. The neighborhood pool was right across the street from our villa, and there were tennis courts, a basketball court, and a playground for kids. The villa also had a fenced-in backyard, which was great for privacy and perfect for our pet.
Inside, the beds were soft, clean, and very comfortable. There was even an extra bed in one of the rooms that we weren’t expecting, which worked out perfectly and gave everyone their own space.
The only minor issue was one the light switches—they were a bit tricky and slightly frustrating to turn on, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would definitely consider booking here again.
